Updated our thermostat to this smart one and we love that we can change the temperature with our phone, and the mirror look is so pretty.

Good design, the batteries should be rechargeable and recharged internally. Otherwise, everything is fine, but perhaps the look of a clock like a screen like the Nest Thermostat is missing.

Great little thermostat. Not sure what the expensive one does but this does the trick. You can turn it on and off from anywhere. You can create a schedule. What more one needs?

Purchased this version after having the pro version for years. The reason I downgraded to this is because the battery on the pro gave up on me and wouldn’t charge. I don’t have a c wire to my thermostat so the battery wouldn’t hold anymore and started turning off my A/C unit when the battery would randomly give out. I like this version better because it allows for replaceable batteries.

This works great for me. Pretty easy to install and your local utility company probably has a rebate also. Get it on sale and you will pay almost nothing after the rebates. Check it out

Instruction to install were easy to follow. Looks good on the wall without the wall plate. Enjoy having ability to use my phone to control it. Would definitely recommend to any of my friends.

Excelente product, i can handle my ac temp from my phone any time, the installation was easy, as an advicr i would recommend to get the nest thermometer so the thermostat run the ac untill all your rooms have the temperature you want

The Nest is simple to install, setup, and monitor remotely. I’ve really enjoyed having them in our main house and second mountain home.

Was needing a new thermostat. Had ours for 15 years and it was time for a change. Love that it is so simple and you don’t have to flip and switched to change the temp. Overall, it’s a really good product.

Same as old, just with a better design. Setting up was only slightly tricky, not because of wires, but because of the app.

Not good, not bad. If you’re on the fence on the $300 Nest or this one. Go with the $300. I had the $300 nest and it gave out after about 2 years, saw this one and thought it would be ok. It was, for the most part. The user interface is not as easy as the original and there is no additional thermostat support. I use to have a thermostat sensor upstairs and at the back of my house, now I have only the thermostat on the wall. Save your time and get the original Nest

This works well, ez to install on heat pump system.. stays where you set it and can be changed on wi-fi easily. Has ECO setting. Do not know if that helps yet, have not run it long enough!

Great new product, however my HVAC system fell into the 15% that was not compatible, so I had to go with the 3rd Gen Learning thermostat. Later bought this thermostat for my mom. Simple and seamless install. Works great for her system.

I purchased the open box item via BB’s site. Everything but the manual was included - that is easy to obtain via google search. Anyhow. Some nuances in setup, I had to “lie” to the app to get it to recognize wiring. After that, scheduling was easy. Screen activation via presence is kind of nice also. Matter integration allows me to add to HomeKit and the interface is easy to navigate - same can be said for Google Home controls. Do yourself a favor and get the trim plate, my thermostat was attached to an early 90s vertically placed electrical j box and the Nest plate integrates well.
