I find great utility in utilizing this thermostat. Given my frequent work-related travels, the convenience of easily activating the away mode ensures energy efficiency during my absence. Upon returning, the ability to promptly adjust the temperature allows me to come home to a comfortable and welcoming environment.

Best smart thermostat form google. Easy to use, and great design

Based on the wild popularity from Google devices, I was as excited to try the new Google nest thermostat. I would say it's in line with the pixel 5 in the sense that it's a step back from being a leader. The last ten thermostat feels better from a quality stand point and even offers a better ui in the dedicated app. While I see that Google is trying to move forward, the way to do so is not by cheeping it's products, in my mind.

love the design. Very modern But batteries were low the next day and had to be replaced

Good value smart thermostat after national grid rebate. Howeve, i am not the buliggest fna of the touch controls on the side and the backing plate not being included is a pain. The thermostat does look very nice and functions well. Just make sure you have a c wire

This is a very nice looking thermostat. The way it works is a little different than the prior nest thermostat I had but it was easy enough to figure out. It was super easy to install.

Works amazing and is super easy to install. Once you download the app it actually takes you step by step with pictures.

Very simple too use and manage through your phone. I control it through my phone then ever actually touch it.

Spoke to nest before I bought and they said it would work with my system. It works but on battery only. C wire issue they said wouldn’t be. I should’ve been smarter. Good quality though, touch dial works well, looks great and it’s slim.

This is a very simple product that provides what we needed. The cost was excellent and it was very easy to set up.

Very pleased with my Nest thermostat, Easy to install and very easy to operate.

Pros: Simple and modern design that blends in with the wall and decor. The features are slimmed down from the Nest Learning Thermostat but I like the new temperature profiles of "Comfort" "Sleep" and "Eco". The device was also practically free after PSEG and NationalGrid rebates. Cons: I needed to run a C-wire since the thermostats only control heat in the selected rooms. Other: Not as premium as the Nest Learning Thermostat, but I still appreciate the design and display, especially considering the price.

Love this thing! Very simple to install, looks good, and the schedule I set already saved me money on my energy bill. Recommend!

Wiring was different and didn't work without changes at the main board. Would have been nice if all the programming transferred over. Best Buy experience was fine though. Hope Google will support the product for the long term as they are stopping support for 1st and 2nd Generation even though the hardware was still working.
