    Really easy to use and set up. I tired using the Nest app, but it looks like this directs to the Google Home app. Didn't realize it kind of looks like a mirror when not displaying information - very nice!

    Easy to use and install. The instructions are pretty easy to follow. The thermostat is very accurate and it looks pretty cool. Almost like an ornament.

    We bought and installed this for my parents. The interface was unappealing to them. Not having something to rotate of physically move to adjust settings didn't align with their preferences. Not the easiest item to set up. We had to google how-to guides to get past some issues.

      Hi there, Ziggy47! We're glad that you chose the Nest Thermostat for your home. It's also great to hear that you had an easy time setting it up and that it works great with your Runtal radiators. We're sorry to hear you're having some difficulty setting up the automatic temperature schedule.

      If you haven't tried yet, you may try resetting the Schedule created on your Nest Thermostat to help fix the issue. We recommend writing down the wiring information so you can easily enter your thermostat's wiring if you accidentally do a full reset. To check your wiring information, go to the Settings icon on your Nest Thermostat, and then choose Equipment. You may want to do this for other settings such as system heating type and Safety Temperature as well.

      Once you've backed up all the important information, you can proceed with resetting the Schedule. Just go to the Settings icon on your Nest Thermostat again, and then and select Factory Reset and choose Schedule. Your thermostat will ask you to confirm your choice. Once you’ve confirmed, your thermostat will take a few moments to reset. You can now use the Quick Schedule to instantly create a temperature schedule for your thermostat as soon as you’ve installed it.

    My only complaint is that I did not know about this sooner! Especially with the rebates available in many states (cost ~$50 here in Massachusetts with an instant rebate when purchased through BestBuy).
