    Nothingng to do with Best Buy! Here, it's all Google. A concept that was Great, Simple and Straightforward has been turned into a non usable, non installable (without major add ons and hassles), themostat. I actually put it aside after installing and seeing that it wasn't working correctly. Re-installed my only partially working Older NEST, that can't be programmed anymore because Google needed to make more money and they've disinfranchised it!

    Just got it shipped to me only took few days, took less than 10 minutes to set up. I love it,now when I'm away from home I can make sure my furry baby is comfortable and I will be when I get back home from my phone.
