    This thermostat is great except for you can't control it with your google device. You have to control it through the app on your phone. Also, this device does not have the "lock" feature. So we have upgraded.

      Hey there, thanks for leaving feedback about the Nest Thermostat, and it’s unfortunate to hear that you can’t adjust it while you're away from your house.

      Once you add the thermostat to the Google Home app, you can easily control it using the app even when you’re not at home as long as your thermostat and Home app (phone or tablet) are both online. If your thermostat doesn't appear in the app, make sure you've added it to your account and fully set it up.
