    Good product, works when installed correctly. Programming this device is not as user-friendly as you would think. Directions are not straightforward and difficult to understand. Software needs significant overhaul. They should get people who are not programmers to actually lay out the user interface.

    Had to return it didn't read the whole box if you have y2 or w2 wires its not compatible high voltage systems doesn't work either.

    Need 24v c-wire connected, otherwise this thermostat will drain out battery very fast and no walk by to see temperature display.
