I can ask Google what the temperature of the house is and it will say also can change the temperature with your voice.

Great if your home is wired for it

But if you live in an older building, chances are you will need to hire someone to come out and connect it for you, which is a giant deterrent.

My previous thermostat would allow me to either turn the fan completely off or have the fan on auto. This thermostat has no option for the fan to run on auto. It's supposed to also have an option to turn the fan off completely and run it intermittently, but even though I've followed the instruction in doing this, it still runs constantly. Since it's running all the time, my electric bill has gone up so high. It was an open box purchase, but it was labeled as "EXECELLENT CONDITION". These open box items should have a longer return time frame because in my case, I was not aware that there was a problem and a defect until I could have my AC contractor verify this.

Giving it four stars because it seems you can put a pass code on this revision unlike the old one. It’s a bit harder to figure out how to use compared to the old one as well.
