Way better than my old, dumb thermostat.

I can look at how long it takes to heat up my house, how often, and I can even set up schedules and many other features. If you have an old, manual thermostat... Upgrade. It's worth it! I installed it myself, as well.

This is better than the learning thermostat as well. I have the learning one in my original home and this one in my rentals. Much better deal!

Uninstalling and reinstalling the Google Home app may be helpful with the issue. You may also try installing the Google Home app on another Android or iOS mobile or tablet device to isolate the issue further and to see if it might be related to your current mobile device. I recommend looking at your utility provider as many provide rebates for installing a smart thermostat. I paid $100 in store, but received a $75 rebate for the installation. Easy setup.

Anyone that's disabled should change to it, they won't regret it.

Great thermostat

Set up was easy as well as the install. Device is very easy to use but I do have one complaint. Sometimes the rotuines do not work in the google home app. That is more a fault with google and not the device its self but it causes some minor inconviences.

The starters and actions available for a Routine depend on the type of Routine, connected devices, settings, and other limitations. Not all devices can be used as starters so make sure you add the device to the home you want to create a Routine for. And please note that you can only use some devices as a starter. Make sure you add the device to the home you're creating a Routine for.
Also, Routines are only available in select regions and languages. To use Routines in a supported region, switch your phone's default language to a supported language in that region. On most phones, you can change the language in the phone's Settings app. For more detailed instructions, check with your phone's manufacturer. The Google Home app may take up to 12 hours to update after you change the language. Learn more about the routines using this link: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7029585

AC adapter need for existing two wires system

Need additional power adapter to get full functions

Which is pretty annoying.
