It’s set at 75 then at 7 it changes to 79 and then around 8 it changes to 82. I always change it back since I start feeling the difference in temperature. Already tried deleting the eco saving mode and it always go back to the default

We recommend resetting your Nest Thermostat to fix the issue. This will erase all data and you may need to set it up again. To reset, go to Settings > and then select Factory Reset . Your thermostat will ask you to confirm your choice. Once you’ve confirmed, your thermostat will take a few moments to reset.

Mediocre thermostat

I’ve had previous versions from Nest, but this one using the Google Home App to control is way more difficult to manage. When I want to temporarily change the temperature, it’s impossible to get it back on the schedule when I’m done with the temporary temp.

Nightmare

Looks cool, but it's a mess to install and get working if you have older systems. The hours spent to just get it running...and still problems. If you have a new built house, perhaps it's easier. Wish I would have kept the old thermostat in.

While the Nest Thermostat is compatible with 85% of HVAC systems and designed to receive the needed power from the heating and cooling wires, some systems like heat-only, or cool-only heat pumps may require a common (C) wire to operate.

worst product ever

Turns out these thermostats barely work and don't work without the app to run them and even when using the app programing them makes no sense. I wish I never bought them and the nest pro team is a subcontractor called On Tech, they are formerly cable installers and know nothing about HVAC systems. Sorry I ever purchased the google nest. I have to replace all of them.
