    Very helpful with Google Home. Easy to link up with Google Home App. Installation was simple and programming was easy. Be sure to make sure your house is configured to support this thermostat before purchase

    So far, this little thing has been amazing. I had exist gadgets connected to Google Home so I had no difficulty setting it up. I get to change the temperature from my bed!

    I love my Nest Thermostat. It was pretty easy to install. App is very detailed in it's setup instructions. I never have any problems not being able to control my it from my phone or Google home devices.

    The Geek squad technician was very professional. She was able to set the the system up in an appropriate amount of time. I also was shown how to use the App to change the settings on my thermostT

      Hi Nitin, we appreciate you for sharing your feedback on Nest Thermostat, and we're sorry to hear it's a difficult experience for you.

      Since the Nest Thermostat doesn't have a touch screen, you can use the touch bar on the right side to control your thermostat. Swipe up to raise the temperature, swipe down to lower it, and tap to confirm. The display will show you how many minutes until your desired temperature is reached. Here’s how:
      - Tap the touch bar to bring up the menu.
      - Swipe up or down to select an option.
      - Tap the touch bar again to confirm your selection.

      Also, the thermostat must be set to Heat, Cool, or Heat • Cool mode to change its temperature. To change the mode, tap Temperature mode Heat Cool mode and select the one you want. Then you can manually adjust the temperature two different ways:
      - Tap and drag the dial clockwise or counter-clockwise to increase or decrease the temperature
      - Tap + or – to increase or decrease the temperature 1° at a time.

    It worries great for a cheaper WiFi thermostat but using the interface is difficult. I typically control it from my phone because it’s so much easier.

    I upgraded my thermostat to this Google Nest and it was the right decision. It is really easy to install, it comes with everything you need. I would recommend getting the backplate for extra support.

    Was so excited but then during installation process I find out that it isn’t compatible with my system. The more expensive ones are.
