Easy to install and the google home app is pretty self explanatory but so far loving being able to adjust my temps away from home.

Not as many features as the more expensive model, but it does all we need it to do and it can be controlled from your phone.

Once you set it up, its great. Quality dial and worry free ease of use and programming. Love the remote feature....could control and program from anywhere on the phone.

Bought two of these, one for downstairs and one for upstairs. They work seamlessly and easy to read and navigate through. I love the fact that they are like mirrors when not in use. I installed them myself but I have an electrical background, very easy.

Does everything that it is supposed to do. Super easy install, and I think it looks great. I dont have a C-Wire, and it's working fine. Would have been nice if it included anchors for the screws.

Really good on controlling temps, stabilizes the house very well, differently than my previous analogic one.

This is my second nest. We finally replaced the old Honeywell. This product makes regulating the heat in the home so much easier. We saw a 10% decrease in our heating bill because we were able to regulated the heat better with this device. Highly recommended.

East to install and use. Check with your energy provider for a rebate (submit w/I 60 days of purchase). Check your current hook up before buying to ensure it’s compatible and won’t cost you more money to hire an installer.

Same as old, just with a better design. Setting up was only slightly tricky, not because of wires, but because of the app.

This thermostat was easy to set up and now it works with my Google app so I can control everything there. Having the ability to control your house temp wherever you go is a huge plus!

I purchased the open box item via BB’s site. Everything but the manual was included - that is easy to obtain via google search. Anyhow. Some nuances in setup, I had to “lie” to the app to get it to recognize wiring. After that, scheduling was easy. Screen activation via presence is kind of nice also. Matter integration allows me to add to HomeKit and the interface is easy to navigate - same can be said for Google Home controls. Do yourself a favor and get the trim plate, my thermostat was attached to an early 90s vertically placed electrical j box and the Nest plate integrates well.

Great thermostat. I had the upgraded version of the nest until it broke when my son threw it across the room. Everything works as it should.

This smart thermostat has been a great addition to our home! We can control and view the temp anywhere from our phone or other Google devices and the system monitors our activity to more efficiently bring the home to a comfortable temperature while remaining eco efficient. My electric bill has not gone up or down but my house is much more comfortable than before. Since my dog stays home during the day, I like being able to adjust the temp while at work. The only problem we had was in the beginning. The online system compatibility test did not stress we needed a C wire. We had to call an HVAC friend to help complete the set up but once that was done, the system has been nothing short of great!

Good design, the batteries should be rechargeable and recharged internally. Otherwise, everything is fine, but perhaps the look of a clock like a screen like the Nest Thermostat is missing.

This sleek thermostat is amazing. I absolutely LOVE the look, but most importantly it helps stabilize my air on the second floor. I must get 2 more. 1 for the 3rd floor and 1 for the main level

I really like the Nest thermostat. Very easy to set up and use and the remote access via WiFi is very handy and convenient. Installation is simple for most with some DIY skills. But a common wire that delivers a constant 24 volts is necessary for the thermostat to function ideally without cycling the heat or AC unnecessarily.

Easy to program and install. Very easy to link the thermostat with the app. No need to hire an HVAC person to install. I have no idea how heat/AC systems work and i installed it in 15-20 minutes. Works great.
