    I just needed a Smart thermostat that looked nice. This fit the criteria and the value was great! I thought the dial ring moved so that was a bit of a disappointment. The touch works but just not as good as the dial. I use the app or voice assistant to change the temperature majority of the time anyways.

    This unit was not user friendly with setting up or working with our Internet. Kept it for two years and replaced it with a different nest recommended by our ac contractor.

    I have enjoyed this unit very much so far. I had issues when i set it up as it was not working. I called them for help and they asked for a photo of the setup and let me know all was setup properly. They had me reset the unit and it worked perfectly. With their help, all was good. I love being able to set temperatures and activating the system from my phone. A great addition to home automation.
