    These are great if you have the proper wiring in your home for them. But if you live in an older building, chances are you will need to hire someone to come out and connect it for you, which is a giant deterrent.

    Excellent thermostat. I can look at how long it takes to heat up my house, how often, and I can even set up schedules and many other features. If you have an old, manual thermostat... Upgrade. It's worth it! I installed it myself, as well.

    I believe this is a good thermostat but it not for me. It is not working at all. I got the Nest 3 and it working fine

    Excellent - I’m a girl that doesn’t know anything about electrical but it was so easy to set up. It comes with a video tutorial and it’s step by step on how to assemble.

    Great way to keep your electric bills low! This is better than the learning thermostat as well. I have the learning one in my original home and this one in my rentals. Much better deal!

    "Works with most systems". Did not work for my 2 thermostat system. Had to purchase 2 Nest Learning thermostats instead.

    The price is reasonable. I recommend looking at your utility provider as many provide rebates for installing a smart thermostat. I paid $100 in store, but received a $75 rebate for the installation. Easy setup.

    So glad for the nest, should've gotten it years ago, the app is great, I can change the temp now without having to go down the hall. Anyone that's disabled should change to it, they won't regret it.

    I love being able to adjust it from my bed, but sometimes when trying to adjust it from the device itself, it doesn’t register my touch very well. Which is pretty annoying.

    Work well if you have more than two wires, 2 wires connection for older furnace system will work but are problematic and limited to certain function. Need additional power adapter to get full functions
