The units were a bit heavier than they look but not too bad. It was an easy basic setup. I have a 3 level home including basement. I placed 1 on the top floor and 1 in the middle section and the speeds are consistant on every level of my home. All of the outdoor cameras have no issues connecting to the wifi and the video quality was a bit better as well. My only issue was the 2nd unit, not connected to the modem, went out 2 seperate times needimg a restart. Since then it hasnt done it again. Maybe the crash report sent the issue to google and fixed with an update. I'll never know. I would buy again but get on sale if possible.

Replaced my Eero's with this. Couldn't be happier. Low maintenance and super easy to use. Wifi 6 is incredibly fast. I do not have any wifi performance issues and that's with over 40 devices online (smart home, phones, cameras, etc).

Very easy to set up and provided coverage all through the house at speeds of no lower than 400 Mb/s. It literally took me 15 minutes for all three stations.

The Best Buy tech guy was very helpful, answered our questions and helped me compare different products. Great product, easy to install and works great.

So 6 months ago I bought a new expensive supposedly top of the line wireless router because I was tired of renting one from the cable company and ever since setting up this new router I’ve had nothing but connectivity issues. Half the time my google homes would not connect, my cameras wouldn’t work, or my smart lights wouldn’t come on. It was very annoying. Purchased these and placed them around my house and everything has been working seamlessly wish I did it sooner. Set up was super easy even my technological challenged mom could do it! Just get them!

After previous router extender purchases that were difficult to set up with minor improvement, Google made these easy, and my pair found each other even at opposite ends of the house. Perhaps my situation worked because I have wired ethernet from my router to each of these, which as a pair, provide a new wifi mesh address, stronger signal than my router. I didn't have to readdress any of my current wifi devices, but now my phone gets wifi at a larger range. As long as the little white light is steady on the front, they are working fine. However a couple of times I find a flashing light, which means a disconnect, but a power unplug/replug resets it. Overall very pleased, I only wish these were available in black.

Very easy setup, fast speeds. Would recommend. Only negative so far is the single Ethernet port on the router and points.

This was very easy to connect. I had the previous device and wanted to upgrade to this. All I had to do was remove the old and put the new one one in and it connected within seconds. It appears it has better coverage than the previous version.

Needed a mesh system for my new wifi. Fast, reliable and easy to set up in the app. Syncs up well with other google products. 10/10

The set up is a little tedious but once done it’s worth it, it works great. My house is 3500 ft.² but it’s long it’s not stacked on top of each other and concrete walls so I purchased this and it made a huge difference, I run about 63 to 72 devices at a time, the mesh handles it with no problems.

Love my google system! It's easy to set up, works like a charm, and doesn't look like a weird, spidery spaceship. No complaints, this is a fantastic router and mesh system!

I love the ease of use of Google Wifi. I'm happy with the speeds these can provide on WiFi 6 and device management is very easy in the home app. My only issue is with the strength of the mesh system. I occasionally have low mesh strength but my devices are only ~35 feet away on a single story. This is within the 2-3 rooms away recommend but I don't buy that this would cover a 2200 sqft 2 story home.

Im a big fan of the Google Wi-Fi. I love the ability to do parental controls per device and the status I get. I recently upgraded from the nest Wi-Fi and the setup and functionality is great. I’d give 5 stars if it was not the ugliest thing in my living room. Just having a “normal” whatever brand one with antennas makes you look less cheap. The shiny white plastic with the seam down the middle is almost as good as my 3 year olds storm trooper Halloween costume. I’m likely going to return it and use the older system simply on the face the new one stands out like a sore thumb in any room.

super fast.. strong signals now in the weeker zones due to multiple mesh, easy to install & connect. Looks amazing in the looks as well

I really love this. I pay for 500 mbps and with my setup with this I get around 500-700 just varies on the time.

Great product, I get like 224% of my internet plan. Prob just won’t buy from Best Buy again

Product work as expected. However, there are some drops in connection here and there. Not as much as it used to, which tells me they still need some system update to fix all the issues. But signal and speed, you cant go wrong with this product.

Incredible upgrade to my previous generation of Google Nest router and extension. I was able to quickly, and easily, connect all three routers. One was more than 100 feet away, connected by ethernet cable in the detached garage. I have coverage all over the house and all the way to the garage with the same Wi-fi signal. And... it is WAY faster. I was getting maybe 70-90 download speeds before and now see anywhere from 500-750!

Excellent condition, Blazing fast with wired backhaul, I am getting full speed of my internet connection and much more stable and reaches farther than the original Google wifi 4 units. Very happy .

Great WiFi coverage and fast. The only thing that would help would be having status lights on the Ethernet ports.
