Posted .Hey there, JaklinA. Sorry to see the Nest Wifi Pro wasn’t quite the upgrade you expected. There could be a few things impacting your connection — here are some ways to improve this:
1. Your device is far from your router: often moving your device closer to your router or point will result in improved speeds.
2. Building materials and other objects may slow your connection: if possible, try to use your device within a clear line of sight to your router or point.
3. Some devices do not support the faster Wi-Fi standards: speed is dependent on both the router or point and the device that is connected to it. If you have an older device, it’s likely it won’t support the latest standards for the fastest speeds.

In the 7 years I had it I can't remember a single problem I had with it. When they announced they would not be providing any additional security updates, I knew I was going to get the new Google system. It does not disappoint. It's even easier than the original to set up and I went from the old system to the new one in about 25 minutes. The new devices are a little bit bigger, and I'm not a big fan of the style, but the performance is there the ease of setup is there, and the added integration with my nest thermostats and other Google devices is fantastic.

Im not sure why people are mentioning bad speeds or issues setting up. My speeds are 1.1gbps and setup took 5 mins. Phenomenal product.

Good mesh system for wifi

We installed another 4 of them hardwired in our 2 story office building and they work really well. If doing it wirelessly they need to be closer together it seems.

Digital Wellbeing doesn't work on iOS.

However, I'm unable to get the Digital Wellbeing features to work which is one of the main reasons I bought the router system. To put limits on my son's devices. Might have to take back if Google can't get this working.
