Works incredibly well and is consistent. Pros: easy to setup and manage for basic settings and IP reservations. Able to monitor outside network. Cons: can only edit and change settings from google home app. Cannot change any settings on default gateway and makes DNS settings hard to change. No ability to set a VPN for entire network but wouldnt recommend that anyways.

I upgraded from a prior Nest Mesh. I read that if I kept User and PW the same, everything should sync. Well maybe 2 things sync'd. I've had to reset everything else. Still haven't gotten 1 arlo camera to reconnect. Very frustrating.

Overall good product. Sometimes feels like using as an access point does not reach far even when two rooms away.

Took a LONG time to configure because it kept going offline. Range doesn't seem to be as good as the original 1st gen Google Wifi that I replaced. But once I figured out where to put each router and not go offline, the internet seemed fine. Debatable whether this was an upgrade over my original 1st gen Google Wifi. More tech savvy customers will probably not choose this.

Absolutely love it. Solved our streaming issue and now I am not having to pay for a router.

This is a very beautiful Wi-Fi device. It works very well and I have been very happy with the quality of the connection. I highly recommend this. Very aesthetically pleasing and works fantastic.

Very happy with the extension as it allows wifi to pool system and casita about 30 feet away.

I think this has to be the worse WiFi router I have ever used. It won't stay connected to the modem, the satellite extenders do not stay connected to the router nor do they extend the range. I have a satellite in the garage, it's probably 25 feet away from the router and it can't stay connected and everything that I count on to be connected are constantly off line. These things aren't cheap and it's maddening that I'm going to have to purchase something else. Pure crap.

Great mesh system for the price, especially if you're already invested in the Google Nest ecosystem.

Google customer service was able to help me setup the mesh and my Arris modem. More companies need to realize customer service is everything

Easy to hook up. Loses internet connected more than my outdated router

I purchased this product to replace a previous google mesh network that had intermittent connectivity issues. Once installed, I had the same issues and learned that this was a k own issue from google and to date has not been fixed. This will be my last purchase from Google.

After my original Google wifi network crashed, i had to look for a new one. It was a challenge to setup, but it was worth the hassle.

I was looking to replace a router and the sales person at Best Buy recommended the Google Nest Router. I had issues with the set up, but the Geek Squad came to save the day, and could not be more satisfied.

Can handle high speed plans, decent reach and easy to setup.

First, the time google wifi purchase. I was looking forward to fixing all my wifi dead spots and fixing multi-room audio with my other nest speakers. While it's made multi-room audio work better, everything else is significantly less stable than my previous TP-Link Mesh network. Wifi often becomes slow for other devices on the network when streaming video. Devices prioritization sucks. It'll be fast and then slow all the time for no reason. Still have issues with multi-room audio, and nest devices get disconnected from the network. I booted up my laptop to play Jackbox TV, and people had to disconnect from wifi to have the game load properly. I thought google wifi was supposed to work, but this has been a very disappointing experience, and now I'm out of my return window. Google needs to address these issues and update us on future firmware releases. Plenty of people have had horrible experiences with these products. The product now only has a 3.7 on amazon, with 17% of reviewers giving a one-star rating. I should have researched more before spending so much money on this system. The Nest team needs to get to work and fix the wifi.

Bought the 2 pack plus 1 more to help increase the range of my wifi and ended up getting faster speeds then im paying for.

Its easy to setup thats about it. Google has “propped” up their built google home speed test to show you what you want to see. When i run non-google speed test like okla i get a 1/4 of my fiber speeds. I am on ATT gigabit on my eero i see 800-900 mbps on every speed test i can find. On Nest wifi pro 6e i get 100-200mbps both ways on every speed test i can find except for the built in google tool. Which tells me they are just “propping” up the speeds to make it seem like its fast. Overall 1 star will return and keep the eeros.
