Really helped boost my coverage. Was having issues with WiFi going through the walls where my Heater was due to all the metal and interferance. I bought this product and have great WiFi coverage since.

The google nest Wi-fi Pro works good. I like it because it provides good coverage through out my home and it was easy to set up. I also have the google nest learning thermostat and they work well together. I plan to add other google devices soon.

Typically set up on this would be fairly simply, but I had a consistent error when trying to setup the second access point. It would say connection failure everytime I tried. After many hours of troubleshooting and searching Google, I found the solution. If you are setting up the second access point, and having connection issues, plug your second point in near your main router and connect them via ethernet (plug the ethernet into the one with the globe logo on the second access point). Try setup again and this should fix the problem. Apparently this is an iOS issue, that just hasnt veen fixed yet.

Added this system to take advantage of the high speed internet in our area as well as the control functions provided by Google Home. Setup was a breeze. If you purchase, look for the outlet hanger accessories. These allow easy mounting and clean looking installation. 3 units were used and my home has great coverage.

Seems to be doing the job. Wish instructions would've been clearer that after installing, one should deactivate the internet service provider's wifi router as they compete with each other. The Nest router plugged into the ISP's router BECOMES the WiFi router. Wished it were less expensive...

Replaced my previous google wifi oucks with these since we recently transitioned to 1g fiber. These are easy to set up but keep in mind i do not use these as a wirless mesh system since i have had issues previously with getting the aoeeds i wanted out of my previous set up. I use these as wired back haul and get wifi speeds and both sides of my house at 800+up and down consistently. Turning off yhe wirelss on my ISP router, i use ethernet cables and two unmanaged switches to hard wire the wifi point producing the high speed wifi connections. Obly think lacking is the ports for some users. For me these are great and do the job as simple as possible.

The product couldn't be more perfect for our needs. We use google home for our small business and these nests allow us to expand out network around the property when holding ticketed events on our outside stage and when we sell merch outside.

Coming from a nighthawk router, completely different experience with this google mesh. So much easier to setup and handle all the connected devices. Including Homepod, which they weren’t working great on nighthawk. Great range on wifi, my house is about 2400 sqft. I moved two of the three mesh Point in rooms with ethernet and hardwired and definitely gave it a big boost, not that it needed it.
Hey there, helios025. Thanks for taking the time to post a review about the Nest Wifi Pro. Our goal is to provide a great user-experience, and your feedback helps us better understand our customers’ preferences and needs.
Using the Google Home app provides you with a lot of benefits including access to Google's trusted security platform and access to other Google tools and with seamless integration with other Google devices. A single place to set up, manage, automate, and control your home, including devices from other brands. You'll be able to do things like update your network settings, manage parental controls, and run speed tests in the Google Home app. After you add your Wifi devices and settings to the Google Home app, the app will allow you to use the Google Assistant to do things like pause Wi-Fi, check your internet speed, and show your guest Wi-Fi password on Nest displays. You can also add a point to your existing network. Learn more using this link: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9547597
If you find yourself in need to add LAN ports, having a switch will allow you to expand your networking system with additional Ethernet ports, which enables you to hardwire more devices to your network.
Thank you! Thank you ! Thank you ! For this amazi.

Excellent product. Really solved my range problem and speed is over 400 MBPS for a 500 MBPS connection. Easy to hide and so many devices can be connected now, no problem with my kids devices and helps with their School homework without connection dropping. I thank the engineers who created this product.

Fantastic mesh network. Upgraded from a first generation eero and it lives up to the expectations. Very easy to setup, easy to use features. Easily covers two stories and a basement.

Works great ! It was a bit more than I wanted to spend on a unit, but I’m glad I got it. Set up was pretty easy too…. I also recommend if you don’t get full strength to move the unit around the room because it definitely made a difference in 20 feet and one particular room.

Having switched from Nest's previous generation mesh wifi system I first thought this would be easy. Well some parts were but i had to manually reset and reprogram my home security system which is also Nest products which I thought this could be an easy programmable fix that updates all Google products to the new network. The signal strength seems like it is working better, which is the primary factor of my decision to buy the updated version but I still feel like devices are struggling to connect in my home but I made some changes to see if that works out.oh and the fact that I lose out on the speaker from the previous generation is almost enough to give this product a 3 star rating but I'll leave that bias in the comments bc you might not be transitioning from the same product as me.

This is the second one that I have purchased. I only had one and while the signal was okay in places in and around my house, I knew it could be better.
Setup only took a few clicks through the google home app. Once setup the app knew right away that this was a connection to my other google mesh router. It was very easy to get working properly! I have this one on the opposite side of my house from the other router. The signal is strong and download and upload speeds are strong.
I had a prior mesh network from another brand (paid a lot for it) and it was horrible. The hand off between the different mesh routers lacked and I had slower and unstable connections. This one is totally different and works as a mesh network should.
I know these are a little expensive, but they really do work great, and I'm not upset about paying for the cost of two to have my home/garage and yard covered with a strong signal.

Absolutely what i needed!! I was having problems with range, now im getting signal all the way in the back yard! The wifi mesh system works great, and works seamless with the google app!

Mesh Network that Just Works. The setup was simple and using these with my Google Fiber I'm pulling download times of 968mbs and uploads around 944mbs. Fantastic. Just one could actually cover most of my home, but I have one upstairs and one downstairs just to be sure. I get wifi around 10 yards out of the back door.

I live in an old house. Lots of dead spots. Installing this 3 set of WiFi and great and fast through the Google home app. As a reminder, one is connected to your router and other nest WiFi points, spread them out in the house. Boom you built a mesh WiFi and hardly any dead spots. Can’t go wrong.
