This is an excellent Wi-Fi router. I’ve never experienced any disconnections or downtime. It’s incredibly fast.

They do the job. As long as you have a model strong enough to power these bad boys then they work as advertised.

It was easy to install and the user interface on the app is simply world class. I have noticed a difference on my wi-fi signal strength in comparison to my old Net Gear wifi mesh network. Highly recommend.

I got a new router because I wanted my smart home devices to be connected to a 2.5 gig network and my gaming console and laptop and other media devices to be on the 5 gig channel. But the router does not allow any real Admin modification. There is no way you can choose to apply a specific network speed for a specific device.

This system makes sure I have strong network anywhere in my house and outside my house. The range is extremely large and set up is as easy as plugging it in.

Ive had these for 6+ months. At forst they were pretty good. I font know what happened, but the last 3ish months ive had to reset them daily. They have incredibly slow connection, the app doesn’t report speeds or connection info reliably, if at all. The devices are constantly falling off the network and the pucks are very often non responsive. Ive really tried to make them work, because i dont want the hassle of switching them out, but i think it might be time.

easy set up and even with some power outages, it comes back on with no issues or further set up required.

I have a lot of square footage in my home, and this 3 unit system has been a great help getting stronger internet speeds to the whole home

We didn't realize how bad our streaming was with our old mesh hub until we replaced with the latest version of the Google mesh. So much better now, very quick and signal stays stronger. We are also glad we went with the three pack vs two.

I've had a few of the Google Nest WiFi devices, and they're all pretty easy to set up. You just fire up the Google Home app and get it all configured. There are a fair amount of options for family features, blocking, basic network monitoring, etc. The mesh works well, but nothing else is too advanced as this is a home networking device. The problem is this thing simply doesn't have enough power for WiFi 6E, gigabit internet, and 70+ devices (most hardwired). Internet speed tests with two different WiFi 6e routers maxed out around 600-700Mbps instead of the usual >900Mbps. I performed multiple tests and jumped back to my Netgear Orbi a few times and it was easily repeatable. I even tried it again months later after many updates and as of Sept 2023, it still not handling it. You can also ping the device and notice latency when it gets busy as it simply can't handle all of the traffic. Most of which is coming from Google/Nest devices, as this is a "Google" house. WiFi 6e speeds are also about 20% slower than my Orbi WiFi 6 access points. And that's with many different devices, including Pixels. Quite disappointing. Google really needs to build a proper WiFi device if they want to sell to anything other than small households with slower internet and not a lot of devices.

It does not reach as far as advertised. Immediately after set up it seemed to reach the devices (including Simplisafe Wi-fi Outdoor Cameras) but within 7 to 10 days after installation the cameras would not display. We have to use a Wi-fi extender just to get a weak but usable signal to connect to the cameras through the Simplisafe App. The good news is we get exceptional Wi-fi Speed (over 500 Mbps) for streaming to my Apple TV to watch TV and movies through my Spectrum App. Overall certainly was less effective than needed, expected and desired.

Totally changed all speeds in the house, may purchase a 3rd one. One level house but router is located on on side and other side speeds were awful. Do recommend 3 pack to be safe

It's better than the first version. But a little more pricey

The Google nest was easy to set up as long as you followed all the instructions. Additionally, they look so sleek.

Seems to be doing the job, although I'm not sure if there's much improvement from my old Google Wifi 3-pack. But I don't like the new size and shape; it's bigger and taller. The old wifi 3-pack was shorter, cylindrical, more compact and sat more stably. The new shape is much easier for a pet to knock over.

I have a two-level home and these provide great Wi-Fi coverage. Setup through the Google Home app was very easy. I also find the appearance of the stations to be pleasing, and they are very easy to keep clean.
