Easy install great if you already have Google products. I have been eyeing those door bell cameras an i got to say this is my fave. Pros: camera has a battery so it does not go down during power outage. Good video quality. Good a detention of people even at 20 ft cons: larger then most this this was the size of a small phone so peak a colors you really like. Video only last 3 hrs so if you get. Notification you better view it or loose it.

The video doorbell works great. The battery life could be better since I cannot hard wire it in. The weather seems to affect the battery life alot. but with saying that it does charge quickly and is easy to remove and mount. The picture is clear and when talking through it the sound is great.

This camera gives a good wide view and can easliy be resized while viewing with a quick pinch. I like that it opens fairly quickly with the battery option , which isnt true with all cameras. Wired is the best but if that isn't an option, this fits the bill. On sale price was great too. Very easy to set up and install with google home. Google home easy very easy to use. Another great feature is, that this camera comes with everything you need to connect this with the wire if you do have one. Just make sure your transformer is giving you the right voltage. If you need one, they are readily available

I LOVE this video. We live part-time in two locations and having this doorbell has been incredibly helpful to see what's going on. I am amazed at how much it actually sees in the camera. It's great at night as well. I have a Ring in our other house (that was left) and when it dies, I'll replace it with a Google doorbell. It's really nice to have everything in one "google home" app so you can see cameras, wifi, doorbells, thermostats, etc. all in one place.

This took a while to install but it works great. We are notified when someone is at the door or when someone leaves a package. The picture is very clear when we are notified through our phone app.

Four feet was the recommended height to install the doorbell, but I installed it higher due to the previous doorbell. The height did not cause any problem with seeing packages or people when approaching the front door. Weather started to get cold in MA, so battery is fading faster then expected. The doorbell is bigger then I thought. My wife has an Apple phone, so I was able to share Google Home with her which gave her access to the doorbell (and smart lights).

I love this doorbell. We just bought our house and don't have a doorbell already hardwired so the batter option is great. This one has great color options and looks so sleek and modern. I've had absolutely. no problems with it. It spots people immediately. You can save known people in familiar faces. The doorbell rings over my google nest speakers right away. I almost didn't buy this based on other reviews but I realized that what most people didn't like was not being able to use the nest app. This was no issue for me because I have many google nest products and I've only been using the google app for these. I love that I can control my speakers, thermostat, doorbell, etc. from one app. I have no problems using this app. Overall the picture from the doorbell is very clear and setting it up was so easy. I have nothing but good things to say about it and I was a bit skeptical at first based on other's reviews. If you already have a google set up then this is an obvious choice for a doorbell. I didn't need to buy speakers since I already have 2 nest speakers and a home mini. If you don't have a speaker I guess you might have to buy at least one to hear the doorbell inside unless you want to solely rely on phone notifications. I could see that being a downside for some. I love all of my google nest smart home stuff and was glad to add this to my collection!

I purchased this door bell camera about a month ago and I haven't had to charge it since the initial charge, and the app estimates I don't need to charge it for another 2 months! It was a pretty easy installation. It's a pretty cool camera and once set up it notifies you through your phone. If you have a google home it can chime when someone rings the doorbell and notify you that someone is at the door. It can also tell the difference between animals and people.

Easy to install. Easy to use. Video quality is better than expected. Convenient to charge.

If you’re like me, you bought this because you wanted a battery doorbell. My wired nest hello doorbell would constantly blow my transformer. I’m not going to open up my walls and make sure the wires aren’t touching so this is the next best thing. It’s true the Google Home app is a pain. I had to reinstall everything to get it to work. I have a google hub monitor so that works as my chime. But once you get it going, the doorbell is great. It doesn’t record 24/7 but I don’t need it to. I knock it down a star bc this sucker is big. Way bigger than the nest hello. At least it’s slim though. And the black plastic dial surrounding the lens is like a super cheap washer and not premium at all. I can’t imagine Apple would ever do that. Overall works great, and looks great. I have nest cams at home with a hub so this doorbell fell right into the ecosystem. I don’t have any problems using the app. It notifies me of people even further away and knows when there is a package on the ground. Worth the money and a solid 4 star rating.

Pretty good... The fact that it needs to removed from the base to be charged frequently kinda sucks, but overall it functions well and has a clear feed.

Love the doorbell and camera feature. Our house does not have a doorbell so people just have to knock. I love that this camera/doorbell works with all my Google Home Hub displays and rings a "doorbell" sound when someone presses the button. You can also view the camera when it is pressed. Great for someone who doesn't have a traditional doorbell and doesn't want to wire one up. I did purchase the optional indoor power cable so I dont have to keep removing and charging the camera. I have a covered outlet on my porch so I did not drill a hole though my wall to bring it inside. (note that power supply only keeps it powered up and does not charge the battery) If battery does drop you have to remove it and charge with USB C that is included. Also since this is the battery door bell it will keep recording if there is a power outage and will upload video once power and wifi is restored.

Coming from ring to Google this is definitely a better product. I love how easy it was to setup and integrate with the rest of my Google home products. I really love the quality and look of this doorbell and being able to change given notifications depending on people, packages, etc is a definitely plus and makes it so I don’t get so many notifications. If your looking for a good doorbell this is definitely an awesome choice.

More useful then the wired doorbell because you are able to place it to get the perfect view which is forward so you can see people coming up to your door. My wired doorbell was on the side of my house next to the door so the view just showed that side view of my porch. The battery can also is much easier to setup. I was done in less than 15 mins. The battery looks to last 2-3 months and takes minutes to fully recharge. This cam works perfectly with my Google assistants so when someone rings the bell the sound comes thru on the Google asst and it shows at the door. All and all a great device.

Easy to set up and use. Have it connect to my show 15 and qmk5 t.v. Quality is great and battery lasts long!

great product -- easy to use and install the only thing and just a small one is in minnesota due to cold weather the product needs to be recharged alot in winter or taken in on really cold days or nights
