Overall pretty easy setup, good battery life, and video quality. Notifications are a bit delayed. The biggest problem is when trying to configure setup with a new wifi network, the doorbell is unable to connect despite performing a factory reset. I'll have to purchase a new doorbell after 2.5 years of owning it.

It's great! Easy installation and set up. I feel much safer now and can see when packages are delivered. And if a package was to go missing, I would see that too. I am very happy with this purchase.

The device started malfunctioning shortly after installation. I installed it about two weeks after delivery. At first, the camera began turning on and off repeatedly. I unmounted it and reinstalled it, which temporarily fixed the issue. However, after a power outage and Wi-Fi interruption, the same malfunction returned. When I contacted Best Buy to return it, I was told it was no longer eligible because it was beyond the return window. Be aware: the return policy is only 15 days. I then contacted Google support. The technician suggested a factory reset and asked me to install an app to guide me through the process, which required granting access to my phone. I became uncomfortable when I was prompted to enter my password while screen sharing, so I stopped the session. Overall, this experience was frustrating and disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend the battery version of this doorbell.

AMAZINGLY Awesome product is great with pictures saving videos and also great with sound and you can see literally everything it detects motion, animals vehicles it has many options I would totally recommend to anyone.

The camera is great, I am impressed at how clear it is and also how it picks up movement so quickly (it notifies us even when someone has walked by on the sidewalk). My favorite feature is that it tells me both when a package is at the door and when the package is no longer seen.

I’ve owned many nest products and most of my first party and 3rd party smart devices are managed through the Google Home App. I’ll start by saying the doorbell works as well as you’d expect as far as connectivity goes. I use it in battery mode only. I LOVE this doorbell. It looks terrific and works extremely well. The Google Home app isn’t my favorite way to manage nest products. I agree with most people that the nest app is easier and the cameras managed there was more intuitive, but the device STILL a joy to use from where I’m sitting. Also this is the first device I didn’t need a geek squad agent to install. It was incredibly easy to install, and while playing back the event history could be a little easier it’s an excellent product as it is now. I’m hopeful software updates will improve it.

I bought this doorbell to replace another that died on me after 3 years. It works well, its easy to set up, and having the option to wire it as well as use the battery is nice. It seems like it should last longer than 3 years though.

Easy to setup, easy install. The battery seems to be lasting a few weeks, re-charge takes about 3-5 hours. my only complaints so far are 1. Even using the angled back plate the view isn't angled enough to fully see someone standing at the front door. 2. the free 3 hour video review is great during the day but useless to see what happened over night. 3. the doorbell doesn't show up in the nest app, you have to use the google home app to get to the doorbell to view the camera feed/videos. And a personal annoyance, it seems the wired ability to apply seasonal sound themes is not an option on this version of the doorbell.

Love the long battery life and perfect for an apartment. Plenty of features and easy to use/set up. Can be streamed on multiple devices and the pic/audio quality is great. Ao far not complaints.

The battery life is less than 2 weeks and it’s a 5 hr charge time. I feel like I’m constantly charging the doorbell. The picture quality is good and the google home app is easy to use. I would get the wired one instead of the battery one if I could return it!

The doorbell works well, the camera quality is on par with most, the ability to detect animals, packages, people, etc. is wonderful. It is sleek and stylish. My ONLY major gripe is that I bought the battery version thinking it would be useful to have a battery backup in case of a power outage (which happens frequently in my neighborhood). I was so wrong. I knew going into buying this that it will need to use the battery in order to operate. While it does let you hardwire the doorbell, the wiring only charges the battery and still uses battery power to operate. But it will not charge if temps are below freezing. And if temps are low (but not freezing) it will charge very, very slowly. I figured it would be no problem because in Connecticut I dont mind having to take the doorbell off to charge it once during the Winter. But my doorbell died within the first few weeks and after I tried to charge it, the hard woring stopped working entirely and now my doorbell is idle in perpetuity. Very frustrating experience. I wish I could return this product and buy the wired version instead. Everything else about this doorbell is easy and works as advertised.

Good field of view, good video quality, and is great at picking up movement and was easy to set up. I prefer the Nest to Ring door bells after using them.

Good product. Clear view. The battery does run a bit fast but other than that is works great.

The product is great and really helpful for seeing who is at the door. The setup was really easy and simple and the camera quality is great.

We tried some other brands but didn’t find the features we wanted. This was very easy to install and has been great. I was worried about the clarity but it was even able to let me see snow flakes when it snowed last.

Sleek and easy to install. Works well enough and battery drains seems to be minimal. Never used other video bells so I can’t compare. Videos are decent enough.
