When I try to view the person at door, it states that there was a problem with video screening. It takes some effort to bypass this .

- Make sure that your phone or tablet is up to date, with the correct Date & Time settings.
- Check if your doorbell and Home app are both online.
- Close other apps running in the background.
- Sign out of the Home app and sign back in.
- Restart your phone or tablet.
- Uninstall the Home app and reinstall it.
- Try an alternate compatible phone or tablet if available.
