    Great Camera, the only rhino don’t like is you need a subscription to continue video recording.

    The life of the battery would only last about 18 hours is supposed to last a whole year. They said because I had a high traffic area. Well, what's the point of having a battery-powered camara that only lasted 18 hours. Not worth the money folks.

    Poorly designed locking mechanism

    Locking mechanism that secures the doorbell on the mounted plate has failed after one year and four months, poor design. Small flimsy plastic thing that get's stuck. Google support wasn't helpful, No repair options available.

    The connection is slow some times, I expected Google to have come with a better door bell.

      Your camera or doorbell might disconnect when it’s slightly out of range of your Wi-Fi. It can also disconnect due to wireless interference from large furniture and appliances, walls and floors, and other electronics. If possible, move your Wi-Fi router closer to your doorbell, and move objects near your doorbell or router that might cause wireless interference.

    Too much lag when connected to nest hub mini. Also the audio is terrible.

      Nest doorbell issues can be related to several factors. We’d be able to identify the underlying issues better if we can get more details about this. Meanwhile, if you're experiencing a spotty connection or weak signal, we recommend checking your Wi-Fi network to see if your bandwidth is congested. This may happen if you have too many devices connected on the same bandwidth or if your network package is not enough to handle the data traffic on the network. Removing other connected devices to your Wi-Fi may relieve network congestion. If your doorbell is mounted too far from your Wi-Fi router, you may need to extend your Wi-Fi network’s range using an extender, boosters or additional Wi-Fi access points. Try restarting your router to reset your internet connection. You should also restart any Wi-Fi range extenders or repeaters that you have.     Wonderful... during the first 6 months that it was working. Bought it December 2021, 6 months after, it just decided to stop working. not charging, can't be restarted, can't be factory reset. sad part is I can't figure out the warranty

    Release latch broke

    The release latch that allows the doorbell to connect to the mounting bracket broke making the doorbell useless shortly after the warranty expired. It's clearly a design flaw to be use such a flimsy plastic part for something that needs to be manipulated so frequently.

    Get a ring doorbell instead

    If you want a great high quality doorbell camera that will not fail you definitely look into Ring! This hunk of garbage will set you back and have you stuck with customer service for weeks because iOS devices “can’t set it up sometimes”

    delay or no access to live video

    i cant access the camera fast enough to talk to someone whos at the door at the exact moment, it does record the moment, i went with the indoor nest which is wired and i can access with the app right away ! the battery drains fast !

    This has to be one of the worst systems out there for customer support. My system crashed and I got a few of the 20 Google items i purchased for my house and there is ZERO support for this system. ZERO. Nothing they have on line follows all the way through and they tell you to call my internet supplier. There is nothing wrong with my internet. The problem is the MESH network. I have one hooked direct to my gateway works as do my four screens but I cannot get anything else to hook up I would have given support a negative star. BEWARE

    Overall i like rhe doorbell. Im able to see anyone that passes by and keep track of packages. The only thing i dont like is that you cant turn off the lighting that tells the outside its recording, or any other lighting on the device. It is on constantly
