One of the router stays 3 rooms apart and is blocked by walls and gets comparitively less speeds. Other than that everything looks good.

One room of our 3300sf house doesn't get very good connection, we thought might because the ORBI is aging. Got this set, which suppose to cover bigger area, but no, the wifi seems even weaker. Every now and then had to reboot. Not as good as ORBI in MHO.

Impressive Product, excluding advanced setups

These devices cannot work if they are within another network (in AP mode), as all the selling point features are reliant on them being the router. Unfortunately, I had to find this out the hard way when trying to add another AP and encountered errors with no apparent cause. However, if you have a simple network (like 99% of consumers have), this product will work great for you.

Now I'm having to restart the network at least twice a week due to extremely slow wireless. When I test from the Home app, everything looks good, speed tests, good, etc; but if I speed test from my devices it won't even load the right pages to test. I would return if I could...

Posted .Hey there, JonM. Sorry to hear you’re running into connectivity issues on your Nest Wifi Pro. While a simple reset should be helping, you may need to do a factory reset to resolve this issue — here’s how:
1. Press and hold the factory reset button on your point.
2. Continue to hold the button for about 10 seconds until there's a sound confirming the device is resetting.
3. After the device has been reset, the device will still appear in the Google Home app.
4. To remove the device and your previous network, follow the instructions for app factory reset.

Neother of them woulsnscan the QR code to set them up. I finally managed tonget one pair set up at ome home, and the other wouldn't set up at all. As Best Buy Total, I thought they would be able to come and set it up, but they wantes $150ish to so it. No thank you. And I am beyond the return period, but they said I could bring it in for warranty work. This is where the eye roll emoji comes in, but you can't insert an emoji on a review.

Ideally, one Nest Wifi Pro can cover up to 2,200 sqft. But where they are placed, the layout of your house, and physical obstructions like furniture can impact the total coverage and speed. So far I have had it for ~2 months and it has been rock solid. One SSID as the default for all wifi bands. Ethernet back-haul appears to be working as intended. Generally very satisfied with the purchase

We have a google home and had a great deal of issues with our router. So we upgraded the router and bought the 3 pack of these google nest mesh routers . We live in a town home with 3 different levels and this has done the trick, no more problems with streaming on multiple devices!

I did have to play with it a bit to get the mesh coverage to properly overlap. They seem solid once everything is setup.
