The Ultimate Pixel Experience - A Worthy Upgrade!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As a long-time Pixel user, I just upgraded from the Pixel 9 Pro XL, and I am absolutely blown away by the Pixel 10 Pro XL. Google has refined the experience to near perfection. Performance & AI: The new Tensor chip is incredibly fast. Apps open instantly, scrolling is buttery smooth, and the AI features are smarter than ever. Call Screen is even better at filtering spam, and the on-device AI for things like photo editing and translation is noticeably quicker. The phone feels incredibly responsive and intelligent. Camera: The camera is, without a doubt, the best I've ever used. The photos are stunningly detailed and the colors are true-to-life. Low-light performance is phenomenal, capturing bright, clean shots in situations where my old phone would have struggled. The upgrades to the telephoto lens are also impressive, delivering crisp zoom shots. It's a true point-and-shoot powerhouse. Display & Battery: The display is gorgeous—bright, vibrant, and easily visible even in direct sunlight. The battery life is a significant improvement; I'm comfortably ending my day with plenty of charge left, even with heavy use. It also charges very quickly with my 45W Google charger. Ecosystem: The real magic is how seamlessly it integrates with my other devices. The connection with my Pixel Watch 3 is flawless, and my Pixel Buds Pro 2 pair instantly. Everything just works together in a way that feels effortless and cohesive. If you're upgrading from an older Pixel or are deep in the Google ecosystem, this is a must-buy. It's the smartest, most helpful phone on the market.

Best Decision to Pick This Phone
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Okay, so I’ve had the Pixel 10 Pro XL for a few weeks now, and I’ve gotta say… I’m genuinely impressed. I don’t usually gush about tech, but this phone? It’s something else. First Impressions From the moment I unboxed it, I knew I made the right choice. It’s sleek, solid, and just feels premium in your hand. The screen is massive and gorgeous—watching videos or scrolling through photos is a total treat. The Camera Is Wild I’m not a professional photographer, but this phone makes me feel like one. The photos are crisp, vibrant, and the AI editing tools are actually useful (not gimmicky). I’ve taken some shots that made my friends ask, “Wait, you took that on your phone?” Battery & Speed It’s fast. Like, really fast. Apps open instantly, multitasking is smooth, and I haven’t had a single hiccup. Plus, the battery easily lasts me all day—even with heavy use. No more scrambling for a charger by dinner. Smart Features That Actually Help The AI stuff is surprisingly intuitive. It predicts what I need, helps me write better texts, and even cleans up background noise during calls. It’s like having a little assistant in my pocket. Final Thoughts Honestly, I’m just happy with it. I wanted a phone that felt like an upgrade—not just in specs, but in everyday experience. And the Pixel 10 Pro XL delivers. It’s reliable, fun to use, and makes me feel like I made a smart choice. If you’re thinking about getting one, I’d say go for it. I’m loving mine more every day.

Outstanding Quality and Performance
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. The product feels premium, performs exactly as advertised, and exceeded my expectations in both design and functionality. Setup was quick and simple, and it has been working flawlessly since day one. The build quality is solid, the features are practical, and the overall value is excellent for the price. I’ve used similar products before, but this one really stands out. Highly recommended to anyone considering it—you won’t be disappointed!

Best Android phone that does not have to show off
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just its name you know that this phone is good. 1. the shape that we are familiar boxy edges makes for good elegant looks 2. Screen realestate is big bright enough under the sun still usable 3. Sound it has better speakers now and it actually sounds louder than previous and on other brands. It has a good earpiece and bottom speaker both are in the right spot and you cannot just accidentally cover them. 4. Battery is a little bit bigger than before so it helps you a bit more in a daily basis you can expect at least 30% at the end of the day of normal use with mobile data and camera. 5. The finger print sensor is on the right place and its fast enough i dont get it when people say its still slow.. 6. Features that you expect when using a pixel phone very good front and back cameras amazing pictures and awesome videos. 7. TENSOR people always says it is still slow.. i know why i bought the pixel i didnt bought it becusse i wanted to play games on it.. i want a dependable with a twist android phone.. 8. Wireless charging now one of the fastest wired and wireless charging phone out there.. with magnets too thats a plus and will always be convenient. 9. Water ressistance one of the best out there.. but i do not submerge any phone underwater anyways.. ill use a dedicated action camera for that one. 10. Its a pixel phone best stock android and best implementation of optimization out there.. it does not force you to sign in for every app it does not randomlly needing an update for each app on two different app store.. (clears throat) iykyk .. and it function as expected.. a great phone indeed.

Nice features
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have always had good pixel phones. This 10 pro xl is a nice upgrade to the 8 pro. Setting up the phone was pretty easy. I did have to call my phone provider to switch the ESIM. I am impressed with the picture quality. The new features are amazing. I especially love the password app where I can locate my passwords instead of password manager. The battery life seems to be great so far. The phone was getting hot but that went away. For fast charging you need the 45W plug. I am having issues connecting my pixel buds pro earbuds though. They keep reconnecting over and over again until they disconnect. I also wished the colors for the pro xl were different. There were no really pretty color to choose from tbh. I love the phone so far though. You won't regret it.

The only android you should buy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Switched from an iPhone after 10 years. The Pixel is a great phone. I love the fact that it's running a pure android experience. The UI looks amazing and very user friendly if you're coming from an iPhone. The AI and camera working together make photos look so good. The modem is probably the only con on the phone. I'm positive it can be improved with firmware updates, I still get service everywhere I go but people on the other end have complained it sounds like static sometimes. But I just redial their number and it works just fine.

100x ProRes is good.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. All good. Love the camera and the 100x ProRes. Got some amazing pictures with it, which I'll be uploading here. These were really shot at 100x. Love the camera. Seamless transfer of apps and data from my older Pixel phone. Barely took 20mins. But I see the apps freeze momentarily. Especially the Phone app. I can't mute/unmute quickly because of it. Never had this issue on my Pixel 7A. It could be fixed with a software update.

This Pro can Do it All!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Google Pixel Pro 10 XL features a beautiful 50 MP camera, with a 48 MP ultra-wide macro focus lens, a snappy Google Tensor G5 processor, incredible battery life, and a 6.8” Actua Display. In short, this is one of the most efficient phones to use this year. Pros: Quick Response Time and Performance Incredible Camera Battery Life Screen Display Cons: AI Features are OK, but not convincing. Limited storage Upon setting up the Pixel Pro 10 XL and loading all of my previous apps/content (including photos/videos), I found the performance to be well above satisfactory. The Pixel Pro 10 XL features a Tensor G5 processor and 16 GB of RAM, providing quick response time while switching between gaming apps, texting through messages, and fiddling around with my emails. In other words, I did not experience any lag between applications, and multitasking (even when split-screening between my email and watching videos on YouTube), I found the phone's performance above and beyond steady. Let’s talk about the incredible, 50 MP rear-facing camera. First, typical features such as “portrait mode” and “panoramic” were typical in the menus when I opened up the camera. What I was not expecting was the quality of the photos. Even in portrait mode, I found that detail and depth are significantly improved in comparison to my previous Android phone. Additionally, I can set up and edit shadows/contrasts as I am about to set up my shot (something unique I have not done or discovered with my previous device); being able to edit and adjust with the Pixel Pro 10 XL on the fly is remarkable. More so, the “Panorama” setting allows you to take stunning photos with HDR+ clarity. I tested this outside, as I am outside a forest preserve. I found that HDR+ clarity/resolution added more depth and detail around the skyline/trees, with vivid color. Lastly, I used the photo editing software built into the Pixel Pro 10 XL. One feature is to ask AI to help you edit the photos. Although interesting and somewhat useful, I found that asking the editor to “remove a shadow near the ground/trees” at the edge of my photo created an odd “blur” effect on the ground (it was not as sharp or clean as I had hoped). However, asking the editor to remove “birds” from the sky was more useful. My guess is that, depending on the subject or what you ask the editor, specifics and photo edits may vary (and vastly, too). More so, the "selfie" 42 MP camera provided a clean, rich image (for a front-facing camera, I was pleasantly surprised by the detail and clarity). The Pixel Pro 10 XL battery life expectancy is 30+ hours, due to the 4870 / 5200 mAh battery. Although I did not get 30+ hours of battery life (I went over a whole day without charging), I can confirm that I was around 8-10% at the 22-ish hour mark, which is marginally better than my previous Android device. However, like any phone, depending on what you are doing (watching videos, texting, multi-tasking, etc.), battery life can fluctuate greatly. I will say this: I plugged one of my 65-watt chargers into the Pixel Pro 10 XL, and it took approximately 1 hour and 35 minutes for a full charge (when I had almost no battery life left); my conclusion is that battery charging performance was exceptional. One aspect that I enjoyed with the Pixel Pro 10 XL was the Actua Display, with the 120Hz possible refresh rate. I tested several videos on the internet/YouTube, watching 4K HDR+ content, and I found personally that colors, detail, and clarity were excellent. I did not experience any judding with (pretty much) every video I was able to use for testing. I was surprised by the performance of the phone, and the phone did not become too hot to the touch, either, while watching more than typical high-definition video (I have experienced overheating phones in the past). Additionally, the screen resolution is 1344 x 2992 pixels (a little over 1080P). But, again, HDR+ enabled videos were smooth, vivid, and provided excellent detail for my liking. Although there were plenty of positives to discuss, I felt that one thing I disliked was the AI use. For instance, the use of AI in photo editing. While I was in the editing software, again, it took a lot of tweaking and me asking the app to remove specifics from the photos (such as birds, or remove the sunlight flare, etc.) Lastly, the AI functions on the phone were the use of Magic Cue (which is only available on Pixel 10 phones, apparently). I used Magic Cue within the Messages app, and my wife asked for photos from last Halloween of our kids. The concept of Magic Cue was that I could tell Magic Cue AI to find my children in their Halloween costumes from 2024. Although some relevant results came back (I was able to attach and find the right ones), I did get some odd results of other non-Halloween-related images. Again, a nice concept, but it fell flat for me. Finally, the storage capacity of the Pixel 10 Pro XL is 256 GB. After transferring over my photos, files, text messages, etc. from my previous phone, I was already at 216 GB (more than half the allowed space on the phone). Since I have set up the Pixel 10 Pro XL camera to record in 4K and take high-resolution photos, the space on the phone will quickly surpass the 256 GB allotment. Unfortunately, I think Google is hoping users will back up their photos to the "Photos" online cloud service (and once the storage limit is met, Google will hopefully entice you to pay for this service). Again, for a phone of this caliber, I wish the Pixel 10 Pro XL offered, at the very minimum, 512 GB or more. Time will tell if and when the storage will exceed the phone's capacity. The Google Pixel 10 Pro XL provides everyday users with a masterful 50 MP camera, a beautiful 6.8" Actua display, and a quick processor. Where someone may find the AI features to be less reliable, the storage capacity is one of the few flaws with this otherwise functional phone that seemingly can do it all.

Smooth as Butter - Best Android Phone Ever!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was an early adopter of Android phones and have always loved the openness of the platform and the ability to customize my phone to have it work the way that is best for me. However, over the years, I often experienced small glitches or things that just didn't work as well or as smoothly as they would on an iPhone. But the Google Pixel Pro has changed that! This phone is the absolute best Android phone I have ever used and is every bit as good as the current flagship iPhone. With the Google Pixel 10 series, it seems we no longer have to choose to get the things we like about Android OR a smooth working iPhone. It's now just a matter of preference of OS because the Google Pixel 10 Pro XL is as good as a smartphone gets and has all the benefits of Android. PROS - Android Openness - Truly Live Wallpapers - Lots of customization including Homescreen - Gemini integration is great - Triple Rear Camera is next level - Screen is bright and beautiful - Plenty of RAM and no bloatware - Behind Screen Fingerprint Reader is great - All Apps work great - Crazy good battery life - PixelSnap is a Game Changer - Beautiful Design CONS - Lastpass integration not the best - Nothing else really I absolutely love this phone. Years ago, Samsung was the goto for Android phones. They would take Android and make it better. I think the Pixel 10 changes that. Google has gotten Android to the place where it no longer needs a lot of tweaks to make it good - it's great on its own. And by keeping it simple as they do for the Pixel phones you get all the advantages of the great things about Android without some of the glitches that can come from other companies tweaking it. I'm a heavy app user so I have loaded this phone up with all kinds of apps including things that run constantly in the background such as Tasker (my favorite Android app - like Shortcuts on iPhone but FAR superior) and Live Wallpapers and a hidden gesture trigger that opens up a bunch of shortcuts. All things that are strictly Android. And even with all these things running and all the apps I have, I haven't had any glitches or hiccups with things running smoothly. The Pixel screen is excellent with the variable refresh rate - everything looks good. It's plenty bright enough to use even outside. Scrolling is nice and smooth - no jumpiness. The touchscreen is also very responsive with no problems at all. I love the newly adopted gesture navigation but also appreciate the fact that I can add bottom of the screen navigation buttons if I want to. The battery life has been amazing. As I mentioned already I'm a fairly heavy user and I have never had to think about charging this phone except at night for the next day and I will usually have plenty of battery left at night when I put it on the charger. With this phone you can throw away all your charging banks because you'll never need them again. PixelSnap truly takes the Pixel Phones to the next level. MagSafe was definitely one of the best and most practically useful features added to iPhones. With PixelSnap on the Pixel 10 phones you get all that same functionality. And thankfully Google was smart enough to make it exactly the same as MagSafe so you have a world of accessories already out there that you can use this with. I've used it with my magnetic car mount, my wireless charger/mount at work, and a mini Magnetic speaker I have that attaches to the back. PixelSnap makes using your phone better because of all the options you have with so many 3rd party accessories. Of course, Gemini is available on any phone but the way it's integrated in the Pixel 10 Pro just makes it that much more useful. I love that Gemini is my phone assistant who is also an AI all integrated into one. It's one of those things that just makes using the phone better because of how much it can help you with tasks. The speakers on the Pixel 10 Pro series have been upgraded and you can tell. These speakers sound great - whether you're listening to music or video chatting or watching TikTok vids, the sound is loud and clear. These are some of the best speakers you're going to find built into a phone for sure. The cameras on this thing are so good. And the AI integration is pretty cool. If you want assistance with taking a photo, the AI camera coach can offer suggestions to help you get a better pic which is pretty cool. But even if that's not something you feel you need, the cameras are just excellent at capturing the shot in super high quality. And the AI telephoto zoom is crazy good - I took a 100X zoom pic with this phone and then another flagship phone from another company and the way the AI compensated and filled in info made the two pictures look completely different - the Pixel Phone picture looked great while the other phone had a ton of noise and didn't look good at all. This is really a game changer for zooming in with a phone camera! There are some other great AI camera tricks too like taking multiple pics and having AI choose the best one OR even take the best two and combine them. You can also take a group pic, then swap out with someone and AI will combine them into a single pick with everyone in there. Very cool! Google Photos and Pixel Studio are two other Apps with excellent AI integration. In Photos the AI Editor allows you to edit your images by simple instructions. You no longer have to sift through a million editing tools and options to get the picture you want. Simply tell AI what you want to change or improve about the picture and it'll do the rest - and it actually works great! Pixel Studio is an AI image generator but you can also use it with your own photos to get super creative with them. Texting and phone calls are great on the Pixel 10 Pro as well. Always a great signal and clear calls. But next level with Voice Translate which allows you to talk to someone in a different language and it translates on the fly so they hear your voice in their language - this isn't something I've had the opportunity to utilize yet, but it's an awesome feature and I can't wait to try it. Then there's the "take a message" feature which allows you to have the Pixel take a message for you and transcribe it so you can jump on the call if it actually ends up being important. These are not all of the features of the Pixel 10 Pro - these are just the ones I have been able to use the most so far. There are others and Google keeps adding AI features so it's only going to get better. But most importantly, the phone just works and has all the high end features I look for in my phones. And everything is super smooth and glitch free. The Pixel 10 Pro XL is the Android phone that has truly nailed it in my opinion and will be the phone to beat until the next Pixel lineup comes out!

Pixel 10 Pro XL - Could have been so much better!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.—Pixels owned: Pixel 2 XL, Pixel 6 Pro, and now this Pixel 10 Pro XL— I tested the Pixel 10 Pro XL and its various features mainly over the long Labor Day weekend and it was generally a pretty good experience, but not perfect. There’s some improvements in key areas and a few unfortunate step-backs. Design: First thing you will notice is just how premium and a bit hefty this Pixel is - the materials used are top notch and the phone weighs 232g and that’s before you add a case. The back of the phone is where the design shines the most as there is a nice frosted glass texture and the way the camera modules stick out really makes a statement. Coming to the front the screen-to-body ratio is about 88% so not the slimmest bezels out there, and the hole-punch camera is quite large. This phone also doesn’t include a sim-tray anymore (USA only) so you will have to make do with eSIM. Pixel Snap: Featuring Qi2 charging this is being dubbed “MagSafe for Android” and it's just as good! Every old accessory works and the magnets hold strong. So happy we finally got this on a Pixel/Android device. Connectivity: (tested using Mint Mobile) The cellular connection reliability and speeds were totally on point! I was getting really good speeds and even decent signal strength in some tough areas where I live. This is a huge upgrade if you’re coming from past Pixels that didn’t have the greatest cellular modem - for me it was the Pixel 6 Pro. Same goes for GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth, etc. - everything was great! Display: Featuring a 6.8” LTPO OLED @120Hz with a peak brightness of 3300 nits this thing really shines! It was super sunny most days and I had absolutely no trouble seeing the display outdoors. The auto-brightness was also very good at regulating brightness levels indoors and I really never had to manually adjust it which is rare. All is to say you will have an absolute blast doing anything on this, especially watching movies. Time will tell how strong the actual glass of the display is but it should in theory be a bit more durable as it uses Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2. Software: Android 16 (right out the box) + 7 years of promised updates. The Pixel Experience is probably the best way for me to use a phone - there’s just so many useful features baked in and since its stock as Google intended everything is super fast and responsive. I will admit some features are a bit too reliant on AI, but overall it’s good. Storage/RAM: My model came with 256GB of storage and 16GB of RAM - Storage is plenty and I find that it takes me forever to run out of space if I have this much. 16GB of RAM ensures that pretty much every app stays in memory and it’s very well optimized. Camera: - 3 lenses (50MP regular, 48MP telephoto, and a 48MP ultrawide) (42MP selfie) This ended up being the most disappointing aspect of the device for me considering it’s a Pixel. Don’t get me wrong the camera is still really good, BUT I was expecting a bigger leap. I feel like we reached a point where it’s become way too reliant on AI and processing versus just straight up good photos. My biggest issue is the colors - they tend to either look too cool or way too processed. For example my dog is brown/white/black and the white colors in his fur often end up looking “minty” The new telephoto lens can go from 5x native res to digital 100x and this was honestly the only thing about the camera that was sort of impressive and fun for me. Sadly the whole 100x aspect was ruined when I found out it uses AI to generate an image of what it thinks it took a picture of, so no its not just sharpening and filling in the gaps in that case. I did enjoy photos anywhere from the 5x to 20x range though. On the video side it’s actually quite decent provided you use the boost feature. Speakers: Speakers are plenty loud and clear, but tend to be very quiet on the lower volume range so it just takes time getting used to. Biometrics: The in-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor is 10/10 - It’s accurate every time and very fast. Sooo much better than Pixels past which often struggled. The face-unlock I honestly just skipped as it doesn’t always work in the dark but it’s there if you prefer it during the daytime. Performance: The new Tensor G5 is well just another Tensor. I’m not one of those people that’s obsessed with benchmarks as long as it performs well during real use, but I will admit that I would have liked to have seen something more powerful. Everything is fast but it’s just not the fastest. The only benefit of the Tensor is that it’s better optimized for on-device actions like AI. Lastly I had no instances of overheating or anything like that so that’s good. Battery life: 5200mAh battery is plenty big and I was getting really solid figures. I never felt like I was about to run out of battery all of a sudden and it easily lasted me all day even with heavy usage. On (mostly Wi-Fi) with light/medium usage I got about 7-9 hours of screen-on-time On (mostly Data) with heavy usage and max brightness I could get 4-5 hours of screen-on-time In conclusion - Google Pixel 10 Pro XL is a great phone, but it could have been so much better if Google focused on making it a true flagship versus what I see as a fairly high end phone with endless AI features. Pros: * Beautiful design * Super bright display * Reliable connectivity * Flawless fingerprint scanner * Solid battery life Cons: * Camera too reliant on AI * Questionable performance

Google Pixel 10 Pro XL Review: Disappointing Exper
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been using the Google Pixel 10 Pro XL for 58 days, and I'm already facing issues. The battery life has decreased by 3%, currently showing 97%. I'm concerned about the rapid drain. Network connectivity is also a problem. The camera is great, but using it for just 15 minutes causes overheating. Overall, I'm a bit disappointed with this device. Not meeting my expectations.

Give Pixel 10 A Shot
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Google Pixel 10 Pro XL is the darkhorse smartphone trying to make itself standout against the big two. This is my entry into the Google ecosystem of phones, I've been mostly Samsung since the Note 3, with one attempt at Apple in between. I was looking to upgrade from my S23 Ultra, and heard some good things about Pixel, so I decided to try it out. I'll start off with the pros about this phone. The Pixel 10 Pro XL has a sleek and gorgeous looking design. I got it in Obsidian (Matte Black) and it looks gorgeous with the polished frame, however I went ahead and bought the matching Pixelsnap case to keep my phone protected. The screen is a 6.8" OLED Super Actua display (1344 x 2992) with a variable refresh rate (1-120hz). The cameras are awesome and something selfie enthusiasts or shutterbugs will love. The Pixel 10 has a 42MP front face, 50MP Main Rear, 48MP Ultrawide, and 48MP Telephoto. All this is pretty high end for a phone, but really what makes the camera stand out is the Camera Coach, which is the Camera working with AI helping you to take better photos with onscreen tips and enhancing the quality of images, even if you're not the best at taking photos the Pixel will make it easy for you. I was taking so many photos of my cat just to see how good they would come. Under the hood the Pixel has 256GB of storage, 16GB of RAM, and Google's Tensor G5 processor. All this makes it quick and highly responsive when using the phone, whether its browsing the web, playing games, using apps, or watching videos. Pixel/Google UI simplifies and seeks to save time by streamlining most of what you do by linking it to your Google account so that sign-ins are faster, connecting devices is simpler, accessing files or sites or just doing work on your phone is quick and easy. This is all topped off by powering the Pixel assistant with Google's GeminiAI Pro for free for a year. The battery has about 30+hrs of life and is very good about conserving it. Now for the cons. There wasnt much I could really find bad with the phone, but nothing is perfect. While I liked the idea of simplifiying everything by linking things to my Google account, it did this too proactively. I found that if an older login information is saved, and you changed it, but didnt save the change to your account, then when you open sites or apps it autofills that older information as soon as you tap the login boxes, but when you try to delete the text to input the right information, the autofill just keeps refilling the login box with the autofill info. This also happened with connecting some bluetooth devices, when I tried pairing a device it prompts to link it to your Google account while or before you've even had a chance to complete the device's specific app setup, which when you do can make the app not recognize the device but the device will show up to the phone's bluetooth list. This happened for my Bose earbuds, Sennheiser headset, and Sony ULT tower speaker. The swipe controls and touch response needs some work. Far too many times I tried swiping right to go back a page or collapse the keyboard and it either wouldn't do it or would need a bunch of attempts to respond, I would swipe up to try and see my open tabs/apps and it would think I was pulling up my Search Bar or AI assiatant. When I would type up messages on Snapchat or Messenger the phone would repsond as if it was glitching out and kept opening up the camera and clloapsing the keyboard to send what I'm typing as an image. All of this was incredibly annoying and would for a while take me out of my experience using the phone. While it maybe a different ecosystem of tech it isn't a closed off one, the Pixel can connect and work with other brand wearables and devices. I was worried about this because I have my S23 Ultra paired to my Galaxy Watch6 and GalaxyBook4, but my worries were for nothing because it all connects great. Overall, the Pixel 10 Pro XL is a good phone for experienced android users or anyone wanting to break away from one of the big 2.

This Might Just Be The Perfect Android Phone
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Google Pixel 10 Pro XL is a beautiful phone, and I’m loving it. It looks and feels great to hold, even with its large screen. Since this is my first phone review, and I'm not super technical when it comes to them, I'll keep it simple and just share my thoughts. Right out of the box, you can tell the Pixel 10 Pro XL is a flagship device. The build quality, materials, and screen all feel premium, and it’s comfortable to hold despite its size and weight. The camera bar is a nice touch, as it lets the phone lie flat without rocking. Android has come a long way, and with Google’s promise of seven years of OS updates, you'll have the latest software for a long time. The Pixel 10 Pro XL is incredibly fast, and its 120Hz screen makes scrolling buttery smooth. The display is vibrant and has great contrast as well. You’re going to love the display on this phone, I promise. The speakers are also impressive for a phone, but since most people use headphones, this might not be a major selling point for everyone. The camera is simply amazing. The superzoom goes all the way up to 100x. While it’s not perfect at max zoom, it still takes awesome photos. Google’s AI, powered by Gemini, adds cool features like combining people into a single photo. I tried adding myself to a family picture, and it worked surprisingly well. Motion shots looked good, and the video quality was picture-perfect. Gemini Live is another fun feature, especially when you're on video calls. It identified my dogs, various products, and even the pattern on a roll of toilet paper in seconds. You get a year of Google Gemini Pro, but if you're already a Google One subscriber, you might not be able to redeem it. There's also Magic Cue, which pulls up relevant information from emails or texts during a call. When I called my pest control company, it showed my last service date, which was incredibly helpful. Overall, I’m really enjoying the Pixel 10 Pro XL. The camera, large vibrant screen, and smooth performance are fantastic. It's fast, runs the latest Android, and handles gaming, journaling, and photo editing with ease. It’s a great choice for any Android user or someone switching from iOS. The Pixel 10 Pro XL feels like an Android equivalent of an iPhone, perfect for those who want a big, powerful phone. I’m struggling to see any cons with this phone other than maybe it’s size might be too big for people with smaller hands and the price is quite steep when buying it unlocked.
