    My only complaint is the glass is extremely fragile and Best Buy had NO case in stock.

    Overall the phone is pretty good. I am disappointed at 2 shortfalls. The volume for notifications is way lower than other phones. The second big let down is emails are not synched to my car, only text. My older model phones were able to synch emails. Typing on the virtual key card can be a challenge also.
