    Best phone I've ever used

After having the Moto Z force, LG G6, iPhone 7 and Galaxy S8, I can say this is the best phone I've ever used. The realistic screen colors while veiwing videos and pictures are amazing. And the speaker quilty is the best in a smart phone from what I've used at least. I love how easy it is to hold due to the paint coating on the back. And I like how the screen isn't curved so I can use a screen protector. The size is nice for one handed use. Pictures are amazing with this phone, I love how detailed and clear pictures of my son come out. I'd highly recommend this phone.

Really didn't care much for this phone. Not sure what all the hype was about. Traded it for a Galaxy S8+. I'm glad I did.

My charger connection is loose so that it comes off by itself. It transfered the contact but lost the name of the contacts so bunch of phone number. Some of the texts does not come through. I feel like this is still prototype. Need to sorted out some kinks. Returning back to Samsung.

I had my pixel 2 for about two years when it died while trying to do a routine restart. Dead as doorknob and won't respond to anything. Best Buy folks tried for quite a while to revive it to to avail. It was not dropped or abused or anything close to it. I paid too much money for this to happen. Google should be ashamed at such poor product quality. When the device was operational, the bluetooth was dodgy at best. I paired it with my Jeep's bluetooth and connectivity got worse and worse over time, to the point that I had to restart the phone every two or three times in the vehicle just to connect. The issue is not the car - my new phone was paired 3 weeks ago and has had no issues at all. Save yourself the trouble and get a less expensive and more reliable phone from another manufacturer.

When I bought this phone almost 2 years ago I was excited. Everything was working great but now 20 months later the phone began malfunctioning and restarting once it would get to 60-50% My iPhone previously which I had for 4+years never had an issue like this. I plan on getting a iPhone next time.

Battery drain so fast after using it for 30 days. Reached out to google, recognized problem with the battery but asked me to get it exchanged through Bestbuy or Verizon. Redirected again to the the manufactur. But google won't be able to give a replacement or exchange sine they have no stock for the next two months? Simply cheating

Almost twice the power of the Pixel 1 and great battery life to 6 hours of display time! No issues with it at all. Everyone is complaining about issues but they are very very rare issues so don't let them influence your decision to get this phone!

I came from a iPhone background of 6 years already and I can't believe I didn't make the switch to Android earlier. Everything about it is better. The Google pixels camera is the best in the game. The finger locator is perfectly situated so it smoothly allows your finger to unlock the phone. Super fast. Perfect size. Highly recommend.

Absolute junk. I've had to have Google replace it 6 times in 18 months. Either the battery fails, camera fails or it gets stuck rebooting. And unless u buy the geeksquad bestbuy won't help you either.

Best Mobile Camera! Super slick and fast phone

You've read the reviews and seen the photos, but it's worth saying again. This take amazing photos and videos. In most cases, you can use 100% crop if you want to. This literally replaces my DSLR. It isn't a exact trade, but you can get most of the same shots short of long zoom and extreme macro. But how often do you need that? Not often for me. And as a big bonus, you get a super nice, fast and durable phone that works with Google's amazing Fi mobile plan. This is just the best mobile phone I have ever used.

    Beware

Avid user of the original Pixel so naturally I was jazzed about getting Google's latest mobile creation. However that excitement was quelled as I found out that my new phone fell victim to a current issue that is currently plaguing a number of Pixel 2's. A constant faint buzzing in the top speaker that will not go away and is accompanied by a clicking noise as well. The clicking noise is coming from the back of the device and through troubleshooting (thanks Reddit) it went away when I disabled the NFC on it but it is most certainly not ideal to be without that feature. Google is issuing RMAs for this problem, nevertheless my faith in the hardware in general is in doubt. A resolution to these issues is still ongoing and maybe a patch can fix it, though unlikely. In the meantime, I'll return to my Pixel 1 and revisit the 2 later on down the road when the faulty batches get phased out.
