    Great phone however I have only had the phone for about 2 years and the sound has completely died. No one can hear me and I'm unable to adjust the volume to an accomodating level.

    Do not buy this phone. It is awful. Continuously crashing. Worst software on a phone that I have ever owned. Continuously losing wifi signals. No other devices lose signal from wifi router, just this phone. Screen freezes all the time. I have to restart the phone about 10 times in a row or more just to get it to work again. It is frozen or not working from software problems a few hours every day. It does have a good camera though, when its working.
