Son wanted an upgrade from his Pixel 2 and wanted to stick with the Pixel model. Pixel 4 didn't get the best reviews and Pixel 3a specs seemed no better than the Pixel 2 he already had. Therefore, he decided on the Pixel 3 which gets good reviews and had better specs than his existing phone.

The device is light since the screen is smaller. Easy to hold and operate. However, my first device came with green spot on the right top corner and eventually I have it replaced with the current one without a problem.

The pixel 3 is great for the price I paid for it ($300) the only problem was that I had to open a Verizon account to get that deal, and the salesman tried to put the Sim card in the phone. I just told him I was in a hurry and took it home and canceled the Verizon account

We spent a great amount of time looking at phones. The family member using this phone seems to be pleased at this point. Regarding the breakdown below, I did not intend to mark the quality or value( was not allowed to delete it) as I have not had the phone long enough.

This phone has all the new things I liked, such as Google Assistant and the ability to use unlimited Google photos. Noticeably newer and better functionality than the Motorola phone, plus it works internationally and capable of real time translations.

My dad has had a Nexus 6 since...well forever...we upgraded him to the Pixel 3 and he loves it. The size is perfect for anyone wanting a smaller but still powerful phone. It does everything he needs (and a lot of things he hasn’t figured out).

Cannot use Miracast to cast screen to PCs, Roku, it TVs. Must use Google's Chromecast adapters instead. This feature omission is the only black mark in an otherwise great phone.

It is a good phone with lot of features, i am discovering something new in it every day. the only downside is there is no 3.5mm audio jack so you have to get the new wired earphones or use bluetooth headphones

Purchased shortly after Pixel 4 release. I wasn't interested in the newest bells and whistles, and this Pixel 3 does everything I need (esp. compared to my previous Pixel 2) at a bargain price.

Probably the smoothest transition from iOS to Android so far. I have tried many Android phones before, but it is clear that the Pixel has been carefully tuned to be nothing short of an extraordinary product.

Still using this phone after two years, including a drop that cracked the top-right corner. By far the most durable phone I've ever owned - hasn't missed a beat.

A lot better than my old phone. Better processing and competes with Apple with it's Google assist. Very handy. Haven't had any issues with it so far.
