I bought the Pixel 3a to replace an old Moto X4. The Pixel 3a is still a great phone for the money if you get it on sale and with a gift card. It runs Android 10 and even though it has a slower Snapdragon 670 processor, the apps that I’ve used run very smoothly. The standout feature for this phone is the camera. You cannot get a better camera on a phone for this price! So if you don’t need a flagship phone, consider the Pixel 3a.

I can't compare this phone to other android phones because this is my first one. I have always had and loved Windows phones. It took a little getting used to but I was able to make a fairly easy transition and find it easy to use now. Battery last really well for me although I am not a power user I find that it last all day and one night and I still have power. My only complaint is the fingerprint sensor. I just can't make it work with any consistency so have pretty much given up and just use pin. This is not a really big deal for me as I don't really care if I have it.

It still has a headphone jack. It gets the pixel updates and the camera is as good as the pixel 3's.

This is a great phone. I was Leary because I'm an avid Samsunger and Ga. I chose this phone because I use lots of Google/Amazon products, and thought, why not give it a try. I like it, still getting used to it, but it's growing on me daily. I love the Amazon music app with no commercials because I have Amazon prime. The pictures are beautiful and clear. I also like that it recognizes spam calls, however I think this is a double edged sword, as I think I'm getting more Spam calls and texts because the phone is Google based. I would recommend this phone, it's great.

Having been using this Google Pixel 3a phone for more than a month. Excellent experience. The phone takes awesome photos which are a great motivation for me to buy it. The photos can be automatically uploaded to your Google Photo. I chose to use my email at work (run by Google and it comes with unlimited storage) to get the original versions uploaded w/o quality loss. So, it works the same as you are using a Google Pixel 3. Highly recommended!

My Samsung Galaxy Mega is about 5 years old. I have had 2 phones in 10 years. I do NOT LIKE change. Phone was so old could not get new apps. This Pixel phone is amazing in that it does what it's supposed to do but in addition to that it has a AI function that has suggested new features and abilities while using the phone that I would have never found it on my own! The crazy thing is that I really feel like it is teaching me how to use the phone better! I am about to join AARP so for kids this might be obvious but to me this was amazing. You can even see how while taking a photo it somehow improves the photo while I am taking it.

I am loving Pixel 3a! I've never owned a Pixel before so this budget option seemed like it would be a great fit for me. Although it's a mid-range price phone this does not feel like a budget phone at all. The UI is awesome--so easy and simple to use. The camera is awesome, and the battery lasts long. Thanks to Google for making a new phone that doesn't seem so ridiculously expensive. This phone would make the average human very happy!

So, my wife and I have had budget phones for a while through Metro PCS. We love the service, but wanted to step up in devices. So after some deliberation, we decided on the unlocked Pixel 3a. We looked at the specs between this and the Pixel 4. The difference were minimal to us. We had the LG Stylo 4, so either Pixel is a major upgrade from that. But this is a great device. Virtually no bloatware which eats up memory, so that is great. The screen is much better, the response is very snappy and having guaranteed OS updates for 3 years (from release date 5/2019) we know we will be covered for a couple more years. The rear camera on these are insane!! The "portrait mode" on this is so cool. Makes the pictures look like there are from an SLR camera by focusing on the foreground and the backround is out of focus on purpose, very cool effect. There is also "night mode" which works very well also. Basically you can take pictures where the person may be backlit and no flash is needed and it looks like the flash was used which is also fantastic. We prefer having the fingerprint scanner on the 3a vs the 4 which uses face recognition to unlock. The Battery life is pretty good too. Overall this is a great step up from what we had, although we do miss the stylus, but we are not looking back at all. We saved some money going with last years 3a vs the 4 (almost half the price) and the OS is still supported for 2 more years. Can't go wrong. Finally, this unlocked phone CAN be used with Metro PCS despite what Metro tells you.

I've always been a fan of Androids. This phone is lightweight, & sleek. I love it because it's exactly what I currently need. However, what sets it apart from other phones is it's Night Sight! It's UNREAL! The quality is sharp and just perfect for some of us that use our phone for images at all times of the day on social media. Thank you, thank you!
