Really like the camera and the size. Definitely the best phone out there for the price.

I only buy my phones at BestBuy as they don't hound me with up-selling and the phones don't come with carrier installed, unremovable apps. I have issues with the phone itself though. I had this model of phone previously, and when I broke it, obviously needed a new one. I was so pleased with my prior phone I went with the exact same make & model. This "newer" model overheats often, not enough that the phone shuts off (often)but it does freeze whatever I am doing, even if it is only using maps.

Overall I'm very happy with this phone. Coming from an Essential phone, the signal is much better on the pixel 3a so I can receive calls/texts where I could not before. The camera is fantastic and stock android with Nova Launcher for a bit more customization is great. My only real complaint is that since it doesn't have much ram, a few apps close a bit faster than with other phones as part of the system's resource optimization settings. I've not had any problems with battery life or lagging or anything else. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

It’s a shame but it’s best to have a case on this to provide a more confident grip. Google Assistant is activated when plugging the phone in to charge because I squeeze the phone a bit. I just disabled the squeeze feature. Finger printer reader is on the back. I prefer it on the front. Takes a little while to get used to the gestures, such as there is no button to touch for the task manager (open apps). Now I have to swipe up from the bottom slowly to view open apps. It was a con but I got used to it and now prefer it.

Amazing phone at a great price. Night sight mode catches the full moon in wonderful clarity.

I love this phone. It is a fantastic and affordable piece of technology. The camera takes wonderfully clear pictures and I especially like the portrait mode. All apps I've tried have worked very smoothly as well. I wish the fingerprint scanner was on the front, but I have gotten used to it in the year I've had this phone. And best of all, no pre-installed adware! Great Google phone.

I really enjoyed the switch from Apple to Google. My iPhone was the only apply product that I had and it was an iPhone 6 which means that it wouldn't update any further. This phone has a really good camera and I didn't have to sacrifice that with the lower price point. Thanks to Google I have all of my data synced in one spot so, now I don't have to worry about moving files from my phone to any of my other devices.

Have only had a short time but it's a very nice phone. Excellent camera. Dropped a star because there's no sd slot to add storage.

The Google Pixel 3a is easy to use, great camera and clear microphone.

I took advantage of the Black Friday sale of this phone at the $299.99 price. The phone is the perfect size to keep in your pocket. Having strictly Google works great for me as I prefer the Android platform. The camera widely is stated as it's selling point and this very much holds true. Once you learn how to make adjustments with the various features, you can do so much to create great photos.

Bought this for my wife. She loves the camera and the fact that the phone is easy to use.

For the price, this can't be beat. Plenty of storage, fast and long battery life. At this price range, you couldn't ask for more.

The best Android phone you can get. Great battery. One of the best cameras I've ever seen

I replaced a 3-year old Moto G4. I was looking at the new Moto G7 and Nokia 7.1, but with the Best Buy $100 gift card the Pixel 3a with better specs and features was in the same price range and within my budget. Transfer of data, contacts and apps from old phone to new was a breeze. Happy with purchase so far after a week of use.

Good phone for the price, the 64GB memory is not quite sufficient, should be at least 128GB, there are some good features on the phone.
