I love this phone BUT!

It works well for everything I need to do. BUT! It went into a startup loop, and wouldn't stop only 20 days after I purchased it. It was completely lost. Since it was passed the 14 days Best buy does they couldn't help me at all. My only option was to mail it to Google and wait for them to send me a new one. I use my phone for my business, and not being accessable to my clients for up to three weeks was not an option. So I had to go buy a cheap phone to use in the meantime. After investing in what is supposed to be a good phone to have the only option be no phone for up to three weeks when it malfunctioned less than thirty days after the purchase is not acceptable in my opinion.
