Feels to cheap and overheats had to take it back none xl is better dosent over heat at all

Advertised as open box excellent but the one I received was used phone dirty back cover and no accessories or original box. Its came in a plastic wrap. But I it came with a gift card so no way to return it with gift card. So had to keep it. Phone functionality is not bad. Signal reception is bit low but everything works well.

Unable to use voice ok Google. Checked all settings and it still doesn't work.

Bought 2 of these phones end of May 2019 and they have worked fine then out of the blue, the Alarm and Ringer stop working. Check the web, did a factory reset and nothing. Seems lots of other users have this same issue with Google phones, the speaker on the bottom will stop working and Google has no fixes. User have going them repair and it happens again. Apps like Youtube and phones held to your ear are fine. I am pass the return period but even it they fix it, I will not buy a Google phone again. Samsung or back to Apple.

I purchased this phone and immediately regretted it. I had a Samsung phone for six years and was never able to make the transition to this phone. Slow, constantly crashing, and clunky interface. Would constantly lose a signal and had to restart a almost every day. If I put it on a charger, it would lose the signal immediately. Just terrible. Last month I bought an iPhone for the first time and had it running smoother than the Google within an hour. This is one of the worst purchases I have ever made.

Worked fine for first two weeks then started restartung itself for now reason, once it restarted continuesly and shutdown completely. Bestbuy suggested me to contact Google since it's out of 14 days return period.

Phone was a great upgrade from my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge but a little over a week after opening it I can no longer hear anyone when I make a call. I've talk to both Best Buy and my carrier's techs and can't seem to solve the problem. I've been told I can't return or exchange the phone and have to go get it repaired myself. Overall great phone until it broke.

Look I really like the Pixel line of phones. I like Google products. I've owned a Pixel , a Pixel 2 XL and now a pixel 3a. They're all junk. The Pixel one day just got stuck on the Google logo and never worked again. Less then two years old. The Pixel 2 XL. The first stopped working and Google replaced it. The second the camera stopped working and they were going to replace it. But I dropped and cracked the screen before I sent it in. Then the Pixel 3a just now stopped working. Just turned off and stopped working. Save your and bit anything else.

I ordered my phone in the "excellent" category but it wasn't. Both the Quick Switch Adapter AND the SIM tool were missing. Unsatisfactory!

This is all i noticed . Need connect Bluetooth ever single time. Display automatic goes brighter no control on it. Lots of thing on there ..i dont like it its late so i am giving some of my friend .

I returned my cell phone for a credit. Even though I was sent the wrong merchandise, not what I ordered, they charged me a "restocking fee" on my return. How can this be justified??

Owned less then 40 days, and it’s broke. I noticed it was attempting to boot. It just stays there on the boot screen. Didn’t drop it, I have a protective case. I got this for my trip to Europe. Luckily, I also brought my Apple 6s+ that I have owned for a couple of years without issue. When I return, I am hoping to get a refund on this device.

you must learn to operate this phone much more than I thought. also I was told that I would have 24 7 tech support and I don't even know where to get no. not happy with phone

It stopped ringing after having it two months. It will sometimes vibrate when a call or text is coming through.

What a bad phone. The phone kept giving trouble even after i contacted customer service and they said the issue was fixed. The network gets cut off in the middle of the call and at times i cant place a call for long period of time. I wanted to try pixel after being a long time samsung customer but the product has disappointed me. Whats the use of a phone if i cant place a call or my phone gets cut off all the time. Bad product google.

Purchased discontinued open box phone graded "excellent" like new condition, with all components and accessories included. The product shipped missing accessories. Had to waste half day on the phone and going to local BB store to resolve the problem and fight to not have to pay a re-stocking charge. By the way, we returned the phone within 4 hours of it being delivered by USPS.

it stops charging about one month ago. I do not know what's wrong with it, otherwise, it is a good phone.

Not really something I would go back too. I will not get another Google phone again.
