It feels cheap in your hands. Having owned every Pixel this one is such a let down.

this phone works only for two months and start switching of while I am on the phone. We got this my mistake what we request was the white one. Google - Pixel 3 XL- 64GB. what they gave is the smaller size and the black. What to return or exchange with the working device please help me what to do with it.

I was getting annoyed with some of my OnePlus 6 quirks and always wanted a Pixel and pure Android. Oddly maybe I am not as eager for pure Android as I thought I was with some of the dumb things Google forces on you. I hate the Google search bar and wish they would let me delete it and the quick info date/weather status which waste too much valuable home screen space. I see the 3a XL suffers from the same very low ringtone volume that the flagship Pixels suffer from. Build quality and display are excellent. I am eager to see how battery life hold up. Also my OnePlus 6 had frequent call connectivity issues and tower hand off issues so I am eager to see how Google's hardware hold up. I am not a power user so this phone is more than fast enough for me. I do wish Google offered microSD for expanded storage, but I can fit what I need in 64GB. Clearly at this price point it is hard to beat this phone especially if you use the camera occasionally. I was ready to get a Moto G7 Power as I like their phones, but then this came out and BestBuy had some great discounts via gift cards so was hard to pass up.

Returned it due to issue of front camera, it takes unclear image. However BB still charge the stocking fees even though I received defect phone.

Microphone failed just after using 20 days. it has 15 days return policy. so I don't know what to do right now. if best buy doesn't replace this item, I will probably dispute that charge on my credit card.

I have been a fan of Google phones since the Nexus 4. Had a 5x and 6p, then moved onto a pixel 2 for the last 1.5 years. I have been very pleased with the pixel 2 and had been debating upgrading to a pixel 3 or pixel 3 xl, and then these were unveiled. I am very pleased with the pixel 3a XL in so many ways. The camera is nearly identical and the battery life so far is outstanding. I have had 3 hours of screen time over about 40% of the battery used so far since I have bought it. Android 9 right out of the box and the screen is also pretty awesome. The speakers are plenty loud even though they're not front facing which I was a little worried about when I was considering this. All in all I would give it a perfect 5/5. Nothing short of amazing with this device. I'd switch again in a heart beat.

The phone screen got broken 3 days after purchase. And now started malfunctioning. I'm not even sure if I have a warranty on it. I need to change it or get it fixed.

It’s nothing to rave about. The camera is just ok and there were several basic apps that weren’t compatible like Chewy for instance. Not worth the expensive price tag!

The worst phone purchase ever. It will not happen again. The phone itself may not be the problem but Google is.

Within 1 month, speakers don’t work & several other issues. And, of course, not returnable Won’t be buying another phone from here ever.

Sound volume is so low for ring and music it can’t be heard. Internet search has many other owners with the same issue.

Finally, all the beautiful Pixel 3 / 3 XL features for everyone. Excellent camera, clean OS, timely updates and exclusive google features at a price we can agree on. 670 processor is more than enough for everyday use, not to mention 4GB RAM is the same as Pixel 3 XL. Camera hardware is also same. Price is right where it needs to be.

I feel like I got opened box as new. There is no manual and tools inside the box.

Not a good phone. I will not recommend this phone to anyone

Bought open box excellent phone and It as a defect, non-working phone. Have to return.

Stores didn't have stock and it came broken so it was late and defective.

After a couple of weeks, screen is shattered after dropping it once from 2 feet.

Signal keeps dropping every few minutes. Really disappointing product by google.
