Good while it lasted
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was a good phone after coming from a Samsung. It lasted a couple of years before it started to bog down. It was the first of two Google Pixels. I upgraded to a Pixel 6 after this phone.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.warranty is for a year.. but i just got a new pixel 4 phone and out of the box and the camera is not working right. google had me reset phone did not work. google said take it to uBreakiFix told me it was fix wasted hour and gas but they did not fix it ,. guy said it must be the phone.. but google will not replace the NEW phone that has problems... just keep telling to get it fix.., it's a NEW PHONE.. one week old...

Posted .Hi Larue, if you experience any issues with your phone within the first 30 days, please contact BestBuy directly. If you are outside the 30-day window, please contact Google support as each new phone comes with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty in the US.
