AMAZING camera!
I was pretty apprehensive at first because I usually get Samsung phones or Motorola, but I am so glad I have this phone a chance! The gestures take getting used to, but WOW is it worth it for this camera. I am a would be astronomer so I chart stars and constellations, and with this phone I'm able to actually take pictures when I spot my favorite constellations! The camera is pretty powerful and has wonderful clarity. The only drawback this phone has is no expansion for your memory but that's a trade off I am willing to make.

Was shipped 2 open box items
Pixel 4 has a great camera and nice feel to the phone build. Battery life is the biggest drawback of this phone. Does not last entire work day without needing a charge for moderate usage. 3.5 stars for the phone. Best Buy purchase experience was disappointing. First phone I received had a completely depleted battery when I first tried to turn it on. Checked warranty with Google and it was going to expire in less than 6 months. I was shipped an open box phone and not new, so I requested a replacement. The chat agent was helpful and ordered me a replacement. Unfortunately the replacement I received was another open box. I checked the warranty with Google and it was going expire in less than a month. Returned both phones to Best Buy. Unfortunately, Verizon was unwilling to refund my $40 activation fee. 2 stars for buying experience. Will definitely think twice before buying a phone online with bestbuy.com next time since I am afraid of getting another open box phone.

Good phone and android experience
My impressions so far after 1 month use: I like that Pixel phones are first to receive new android system updates. This is a good upgrade from original Pixel or Pixel 2 phone. Not much of a difference from Pixel 3 besides face unlock or motion sense. Face unlock gets faster over time. However it is not accurate sometimes while laying down. Not many apps support this feature instead of typing passwords. Motion sense not very useful while listening to music. I found it accidentally skips to next track if you move your hand slightly. Glass backing means the phone heats up easily after use. Battery lasts for most of the day even with heavy use. You may need to recharge an extra time some days depending on your use. I'm not a big camera person, but it does include many useful features. Overall phone works for me!

Great phone
I didn't know what I was missing till I got this phone. My old phone was Samsung Galaxy 5, it served it's time. It was almost 5 years old, crack screen, glitchy processor, slowing down but overall it's not bad for a phone being that old. I almost went with the Galaxy +10 but had read the reviews for the camera on the pixel 4 were amazing. I was more interested in the camera more then anything. Since I'm not someone who is up to date on all the new tech & accessories I found this phone quite easy to use. Did I mention the camera is awesome. I'm still trying to get the hang of this new phone. So far I'm really enjoying all the cool features it has to offer. My only complaint is the curved screen. For some reason if my hand touches the edge ever-so-slightly it goes back to the previous screen I was on. It's not a deal-breaker but can be annoying. I ordered an Otterbox case and an OtterBox screen protector, so hopefully this will solve the problem. Plus I wanted to protect my investment as I am a klutz at times. I plan on watching some more YouTube videos on how to take advantage of all these neat features that it has to offer. I did purchase the 128GB pixel 4 as I had read it does not have an expandable storage. Luckily photos can be saved to the cloud so that should help free up some space. Overall I'm really enjoying the tech and love that I can use a wireless charger!
