I have a pixel 2 and so we got the pixel 4 for my wife. She is very happy with this phone. Both phones have a excellent camera and the google cloud photo storage is great. Both phones are on T-Mobile and there has been no problems at all.

Switched from iPhone to Google... I am disappointed. I love the customization of android, but overall I am dissatisfied with this phone. The port doesn't charge properly, the call screen sometimes blacks out where I can't switch lines, the vanilla SMS app won't let me schedule texts (a big plus for business)... I will likely be switching this line bad to iPhone.

Phone is great. However, 64GB is a no go. Without the ability to add an SD card it's not long until you run out of space. Google should offer these with 256GB or greater sized internal storage. 64Gb is just too small. DO NOT BUY unless all you do is take pictures. If you like to use a lot of apps, go elsewhere.

      Hi JCham,

We really appreciate your feedback, and we are sorry to hear that you would like more storage.

The Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL don't have a slot for expandable memory. However, it comes with unlimited drive storage in high quality for all of your photos taken with your device. Also, we do offer a 128GB model for those that require higher storage for apps. googlepixel

I have returned the phone after a week of use and asking for a full refund. This product is defective! Gets heated up very fast and loses battery in a matter of few hours even on standby mode. Not worth a dime. Best Buy should have known better

I purchased this phone so I could stop carrying two cell phones with me. I now just carry this phone and have two sims, one Metro/T-Mobile (physical sim) and the other ATT (E-Sim). I also really like the size of the phone I can hold it in one hand.

Google is taking the top in phones, this Google Pixel 4 is amazing, thank you. As an opportunity for improvement for BestBuy, please take care of put the packet inside a box with shock absorvers, to reduce the damages for transporting.

The speaker on the phone died after 15 days (literally day 16) and although I am an Elite Best Buy member, I had to go through google to get support. I "missed" the return policy (during the covid shelter at home time at that) by 2 days and was redirected to google. Might as well buy through google. Third pixel phone, first issue.. terrible BB support.

I have two major issues with this phone. I unfortunately gave it as a christmas gift, so I'm past the return window for BestBuy. Hopefully Google will make this right. When using Google Maps, the GPS is buggy and will constantly think I turned around, went down a side street, or some other mistake. I also have a Pixel 3 and have never seen such an issue with that phone (or any other phone). The battery seems defective also. When the battery hits 20%, I can watch the percent rapidly countdown and turn off within 30 seconds.

Unmatched design, ease of use, and a great experience on awesome hardware. And LOVE the color. If you want to experience Andriod the way it was meant to be used (scoff @ Samsung) then this is the device for you.
