I went ahead with the 4 XL mostly because of the battery life on the smaller one. I read a lot of reviews where the only major complaint was the battery life. 4 XL is extremely nice and the experience is very smooth on the UX side. I am loving this phone. I am glad I waited until after black friday because I had just enough points from Best Buy plus there was a holiday deal going on as well. The price was too good to refuse. Great product and great overall experience at Best Buy
