Great phone with a really good camera. The only halfway bad thing is that the battery isn't as good as my last phone.

I used to have three original Pixel XL and upgraded to the Pixel 4 XL. T his is a great phone. The reason for the four stars instead of five, is the battery. The battery if good, but not great. It lasts a whole day, unless you are using it constantly. The phone has a very nice screen and is really fast. It also has a great camera as well. Well worth the $650, I won't pay $1000 for a phone for myself. That's just me.

The 90hz screen is amazing! Face unlock is flawless and the camera is awesome!

Overall the Pixel 4XL is a good phone. The screen is clear and bright, the processor is quick and responsive but the phone lacks a few features that make it less than perfect. First, the lack of an expandable memory is a shortcut that Google shouldn't have taken. Of course, it works well for them because when the phone gets filled up they can sell the user another phone with more memory. It is not that difficult to build in expandable memory. Most manufacturers are following Apple's lead and only selling phones with embedded memory and if buyers are willing to go that route than they will continue to do so. A second feature that is lacking on the 4XL is an LED notification light. Google explains it by saying that the user can check the Always On Display but this again is a shortcut that shouldn't have been taken. A third feature this phone lacks (as well as most other phones manufactured these days) is a removable battery. There is only a couple of phones out there today that still allow the user to replace the phone without disassembling the device. This is unfortunate because a removable battery can extend the daily life of a phone and also extend the overall life of a phone. As it stands, when a battery starts to degrade after several charge/discharge cycles a user has to either buy a new phone or take the device somewhere so the battery can be replaced (usually at a high cost). Overall, this is a decent phone but it would be improved with the additions I mentioned.

First impression was skeptical to get it or not but based on mixed reviews from online community YouTube and posts still decided to make the upgrade thanks to Best buy 15 day return policy and 45$ restocking fees. Very good display and A battery backup with 90Hz refresh . camera is awesome and very fast Google assistant. The motion sense works good and I feel it's quite an upgrade. Definitely recommend it !!!!

Once my co-workers showed me his new Google pixel 4 xl I fell in love with it ! I knew I was in need for an upgrade and this phone was the one, it's a very fast phone easy to transfer all my info from my old phone to the pixle 4 xl the camera takes amazing pictures, sound and visual screen make everyday life enjoyable when doing tasks, this is my first Google phone ever I might just stick to Google phones from now on. I recommend to buy!

It's been a couple of months I'm using it. And I liked it. I used pixel 2XL, 3a and 4xl. But so far my fav is 3a. For the price what they offered is extraordinary. The camera, the software, the performance etc., But still this 4xl also is better with the face id and stuff. But you use it justttt to unlock your phone. And doesn't much use it anywhere ( unless you had a BofA app)

You really have to try the phone for yourself, I know the reviews make a big deal about the video camera because it's not 4k 60 but there really isn't anything wrong with the camera and the 0hone is smooth and fast. Battery life on the XL is good as well. I've been on plenty of trips and didn't worry about my phone dying and all I did was take pics and videos. I love the phone.

I just bought this Google pixel 4 XL yesterday in white and I honestly gotta say this phone is so smooth the battery life to me is amazing all the features are and most importantly I really love the camera and what helped with the battery improvement was the Android 10 update. Overall this phone is a definite yes if your looking for a new cell phone.

This phone does soo many good things for starters it pretty fast and has a beautiful camera.

Love this phone! Everything moves fast on this phone. Face ID is excellent! Size is just right for me. I usually upgrade phones yearly but I love this one so much I skipped over the Pixel 5. The best part are the pictures, some of the best of any mobile device! Pixel 6 will be coming out this year but if you need a great phone at a reduced price this would be it.

I bought this for my son to replace his old Motorola. He loves it. I was concerned about the battery life, because it does go down pretty quick. He says it's because he can play Fortnite on his phone now and he wasn't able to do that before on his old Motorola, and the game is power hungry, so the battery drops quicker. He doesn't mind and says it awesome, so I guess it's good to go!

Love my Pixel 4XL great camera on this phone but battery sometimes runs low

This is my first time buying a higher-end smartphone, and this is a quality product. The camera is beautiful and it has an attractive design. What I don't appreciate is that the screen can scratch easily, even if your fingers have dry skin (and it is winter where I live in the North). I also wish the batter lasted longer than it does...about one day.
