Great phone but incomplete contents

My girlfriend loves the phone, but the USB-C to Micro-USB adapter was missing. I had to go to an Officemax to purchase a cable so I could transfer data from the old Android phone. Not happy about that! Would not recommend purchasing open box items.

Earphones don't play well with pixel 4a

There is a problem when I try connecting it to ear phones. The calls are no more audible and I need to restart the phone. Very disappointing to use earphones with this product
