The phone is lighter than most other phones with only a little bit of draw back on performance, but it isn't noticeable unless you really pay attention but for the price, it is EXTREMELY worth it, and with the quality of life options, spectacular phone!

Initially bought it for myself but then the wife saw that I was getting a new phone so I had to instead give this to her and take her old phone. Its size is perfect for her use case and the camera is excellent.

Purchased two....they are awesome, lots of storage, camera is great, easy to learn features, nice size screen....lots of accessories to pick from. Took awhile to receive, but being a new item.....At 349.00 each......a great deal. Best Buy is awesome too!

We bought this to replace an aging original Pixel phone that was showing its age. My parents are in their 80's and we wanted something that would be an easy upgrade for them. Mission accomplished. Without any help from us kids, my parents activated their new Pixel 4a easily. I was shocked when I got a phone call that I expected to be a cry for help and they say no, we are using the new phone. Relieved all their contacts, pictures and passwords were all successfully saved and transferred. The call quality was crisp and clear, and they felt familiar with the design and layout. We have family video calls every Sunday with family members across he country. The video quality is great as is the sound. They are loving their new phone and us kids feel relieved knowing that we have a reliable way to communicate with them wherever they are.

Bought this phone for my wife. She needed a new phone, but she didn't want something too large or too expensive. This fit the bill. The phone is fantastic, and the size is perfect. This is about the best value. She's happy- so I'm happy. :)

This phone is serously fantastic! Who doesn't want a smartphone for around 300 bucks that runs stock Android and even offers a headphone jack?! And the cherry on top is the fantastic photos and videos that this device produces.

Not only did Google hit a home run, but Best Buy really delivered. Went to a store expecting a few units would be available. Nope and shipping times of 3-4 weeks. That's what I get for sleeping on a pre order. Ordered Aug 20 and had the phone in my hands 6 days later...over 2 weeks what they quoted. The phone is pure Google. It works. Great. Simple, but very satisfying. Unbelievable camera. So far, great battery life: which was my biggest concern. Crazy phone for very little money. Baffled why anyone would spend +1000 $$$ for a phone. This is what a phone should be.

Nice phone at a reasonable price, does everything you'd expect. Can't think of anything higher priced phones do and the camera is awesome! Very slick out of the box, so I'd recommend you don't spend a second without a case around it.

After owning the original Google Pixel for three years, I decided it was time to upgrade to the Pixel 4a. It was a great decision! Moving all my apps to the new phone was practically seamless, so I immediately felt right at home. Everything was where it was supposed to be, except for one or two that didn't make the trip. No big problem. I know that the Pixel commands only a tiny portion of the smartphone market. This surprises me--especially when a phone as good as the 4a can be had for a literal fraction of the cost of lesser quality phones. I have only one complaint. The older phone had a virtual button to get to the recently used apps. To do that with the 4a, you have to swipe up and briefly hold the current app. I often screw up that maneuver, and I find it annoying. Other than that, I'm totally happy with this phone.

So far, I've been pleased with the phone. However I've run into 2 issues that leave me wishing I had gone another direction. The good first. It's cheap - for a phone. It has a spectacular camera. It's no frills. And it gets the job done. The not good or bad. It's small. I swapped from an XS Max and it's a major adjustment. I find that I have to zoom a lot now on this device. The bad. I have what appears to be a weakness in the enclosure. Near the rear camera, it squeaks. Since I've had it a few weeks, it appears to have become worse - despite being in a case and treated carefully. This may require a repair or replacement. Based on research, I am not alone with this issue. Maybe some padding was overlooked during the build. I understand that the device has plastic parts, but clearly the issue is not normal. The very bad. After upgrading to Android 11, many 4a users including me are experiencing a sensitivity issue with the touchscreen. After the device is used for a bit, it starts to treat some swipe motions as clicks. It makes the device almost useless. This was not an issue with Android 10, so hopefully a fix is in the works. If Best Buy had a better return policy (a month would be nice), the device would have been returned by now. The quality control issues are a shame. Since I missed that return window, I do plan to have the device repaired or replaced by Google. And hope they fix the click issue via software. I can't say I'd recommend the 4a until Google puts more energy into resolving issues.

Pixel phones are a joy to use and this one is no different. While this model is considered a "budget" phone its still very quick and responsive. Great camera, display and plenty of storage. It simply can't be beat at the asking price.

had these for a year. super nice phones, take great pictures. Easy to set up. long battery life. Bought them unlocked, then got geek squad 2 year, saved lots of bucks on our cell phone bill!!!

Camera is great, has been pretty functional so far, fingerprint sensor has been 50/50 for me,if I get it in the right spot works fine, also added a second same finger. Battery has been really good, for a moderate to light user.

Upgrading from a Samsung Galaxy J3; this phone is amazing. Its storage capacity is great, the features it has are top of the line, and it's very quick and responsive thanks to the Snapdragon 730G processor. One of the main highlights of this phone is it's camera; the camera by itself is very good for an Android phone, and will easily satisfy your budget phone camera itch. Last, but certainly not least, are it's bezels. The bezels are a phone enthusiast's wet dream due to there being pretty much no bezel. The 5.8 inch screen is nice and spacious for such a small phone, although I have noticed some heavy amounts of ghosting when scrolling in the dark at lower brightness levels. Overall, this phone is one of the best for its price, and one I would recommend to anyone in the market for a new phone.

Finally bought one. I've been a fan of it but this mid budget phone rocks great specs for $350. The camera is great, yes its small and light, the build quality seems sleek and well built and the OS is all google.

This is a great buy. The phone is incredibly fast with a great camera and for a ridiculously low price. I would recommend this to anyone that is looking for a new phone.

This phone takes amazing pictures that rival our dslr. Much better than any iPhone we have or have had. Solid android phone otherwise as well. Good battery life, nice screen, etc.

Great Cell Phone for a Great Price. It's super fast, better than some Samsung's or iPhones and for a much better price. I bought it for my nephew. Since it's directly google, certain apps are faster than my expensive phone.

The size and value of this phone make it an amazing easy to use tool. Amazing phone for 350. Great software decent camera. Makes u think people who pay 1k for their cellphones are suckers. Because they are.
