For the money this is one of the best phones you can get. It's fast for YouTube and surfing the internet. Pictures/gifs load a little slower when texting, but that's not a problem. When taking a pic it takes a little longer to process but it comes out fantastic. I get all day battery life with about 30% left around 8:00 at night. If I play games a lot i.e brawl stars, roblox, I would barely make it through the day. But it's understandable due to a smaller battery than the pixel 5 and 4a 5g

Being a Samsung Note phone user I had to make a serious choice to change. I read both Critic reviews as well as Customer reviews. It wasn't any easy choice. Went to Best Buy and experienced this phone. I couldn't justify the price of a competing phone. The Google Pixel 4a and everything I needed and wanted. Best Buy allowed me to use it for two weeks to make a decision to keep it. After a few days of using it, I kept it.

I ordered my new Google-Pixel 4a phone online. When I arrived at BestBuy there was a dedicated check out for online pickup. No waiting, It was ready to take home, exactly what I had ordered and paid for. Thank You, BestBuy, for this option. I am enjoying my Google-Pixel 4a. it has clean look, not filled with bloat wear, a camera that is great and fun to use, for a low-end phone, it functions as well as the camera on my daughter's phone she paid hundreds more for.

Excellent, lasted me a perfect two years. Only trading it in because there's an offer for a new product.

Bought this when I accidentally dropped mine old phone in a pool. For the price it has been a good phone.

The Google Pixel phone is a good phone to have, I am liking the different features compared to the Apple Iphone.

I got this as a replacement phone for my wife because I'd heard great things about the camera. Despite being entry level pricing the camera does amazing work. The best example so far was we were streaming a concert and due to the wifi lagging for a bit the screen wasn't 100% sharp. Well she took a pic of the screen and the camera made it look pristine. She doesn't use it for much else other than texting, talking and a little bit of social media apps. So far she is extremely happy with it.

Coming from an iPhone 6s, I was over due for a new phone. Every part of this phone screams value. There's nothing fancy or top-of-the-line here. This is not a flagship phone and it doesn't have any new cutting edge technology. It's just very good phone at a great price with a clean (non-bloatware) version of Android. The battery life is very good, the screen is good, the camera is good to great, etc. Strongly recommended if you don't want to may extra for a status symbol.

Had the phone for about a month.....so far so good. Battery lasts long. Nice pictures. Easy navigation

Google has finally made a phone that can directly compete with iPhone SE 2020 from Apple. While Apple goes straight for performance and cheapening everything else, Google has focused more on checking all the essential things on the list. This phone feels really smooth even with the old processor. The software experience is great. The camera is excellent, no other device at this price or higher comes even close. The design is simple and I love it. I would definitely recommend buying it.

Great phone. Awesome camera, too. I don't game/stream videos, so for me the battery life is incredible, I regularly get at least 2 days on a full charge with no problem. It's my first Pixel, definitely a huge fan now. I love the smaller screen size compared to must phones these days. Almost decided to wait for the 5a, but when it was announced with a larger screen, I opted for the 4a. I think this phone is still worth it in 2021.

The phone works great! The only downside is that it came 1 day late, so, as a result, my parent found out I was getting a vasectomy. (The hospital called my emergency contact number when I wasn't answering my cell - which had broken.) I was never planning on telling them, so it was an awkward conversation. But that wasn't the fault of BestBuy, that is a mailing issue due to the ongoing pandemic. Takes amazing photos and has so much memory!!

It's been a long time since I bought this phone. It still gets the job done.

Pixel 4a is a slight upgrade from my 2018 Nokia 5.1 Plus. More RAM, storage, battery. Hoping the Pixel 4a antenna is better than the Nokia. Not impressed with the plastic back, but that's not a gamechanger. Screen quality seems about the same. Not a gamer/social/streamer, so can't evaluate suitability for those requirements. Chose Google over Samsung due to Bixby aversion. Really like getting updates quickly/directly. Dual SIM, plus GSM and CDMA provides more flexibility.

The wait was worth it! This phone is a huge step up from my old smart phone. The 128gb SSD is incredibly fast, the processor is smooth as silk, and the display is plenty big. I'm impressed with this phone. The last item - the camera... WOW! Google Pixel phones are legendary for their cameras and software with good cause. I couldn't be happier with the 2 that I purchased.

only complaint is that speakers wore out a bit after a couple years of heavy use. otherwise perfect
