So far so good. Excellent instructions on Google for how to activate. ALL my data transferred over, texts with photos, too. I like the size (a tad smaller than my old Moto E) and the price (hate spending a lot on a phone, don't need a lot of features). I like the feature on the battery life that gives an approx time and date of when it will run down, that's new for me. Photos are also much better than my old phone, can blow them up without losing quality.

Pixel 4a is very good phone. It has excellent battery life, better than the iphone se. I only need to charge it every other day, while the iphone needs to be charged every day. it's very responsive. Resolution of the screen is excellent and audio quality is good. I'm very happy with the purchase.

This was purchased for my mother-in-law because I wanted something that was easy to use but still felt premium. Yes, the material is mostly plastic but throwing this into an otterbox clear case would make you none the wiser. Its nice, clean google operating system ensures a buttery smooth experience. If you're looking for a solid mid-tier phone that'll get you through the day without sacrificing reliability, the Pixel 4a is a perfect choice.

Only had it a bit over a month. Love the AI features. It has none of the Samsung grating software, where I was always having to do things the hard way. (6S antique, by the way). Pixel makes everything easy, friendly and accessible. Now if I ever learn all that it has to offer, I'll let you know. Is it 5G? No. Do I care? No. Most all of what I do is wi-fi and that works just fine. IPv6! Who knew? Today the home screen! Tomorrow the camera? Maybe.

I used to have a Motorola Turbo, and maybe I just need to get used to a Pixel more. I understood there would be no bells and whistles, and I don't need a wireless charge, facial recognition, etc. All I needed was a great camera, and the reviews for this were over the top. I really like the size. It's a little smaller than my old Motorola Turbo. I find it valuable to edit my photos on my phone at the job site I am working at. I use the mirror flip edit a lot. This phone does not have it. I plan to search for an app that will provide this, but my MT had it. You cannot "walk an image" using the panoramic feature. You have to stand in one spot to capture the image, otherwise it doesn't start. MT allowed me to walk along the image allowing me to capture a seamless photo without distorting the layout. Colors are slightly better on the Pixel, detail too. Not sure if it's the Pixel, but some videos are starting to freeze, and I have had the phone for a little over a week. I don't care for the side swipe to return to the previous page, but this looks like it's becoming the norm for other phones as well. Compared to the MT, the speakers are not any better, about the same. When I first got the phone, the screen kept dimming quickly. I would go into settings and brighten the screen, but it would not last when I would need to go back and use my phone later on. It's an ok phone.

Great phone and amazing that I can find a phone this size as I don't like lare phones. Only issue is that there is a creak/squeak in the polycarb body right under the camera lens, which sounds like an issue a lot of people have with this model so -1 star for not the best craftmenship. However getting Android updates first and the best point-and-shoot camera on the market, this is an amazing little phone especially for the price!

I recently bought this device as a Christmas present for someone, and they absolutely loved it! It's a similar alternative to Samsung phones and it runs great! It takes no time to figure out how it works, which is nice for a previous Android user. I also really like that you can unlock the phone by using your fingerprint on the back of the phone! Another great feature is that it is lightweight and the camera quality is crisp and clear!!

Ordered this phone as an upgrade for my wife. She was a few generations behind on phone so some of the new features life gestures to navigating the phone took a while. Accessing voicemail was oddly tedious to access and had to call our carrier to reset our phone to fain access to it. Screen quality is fantastic and the camera is great for family photos and vid that she constantly takes. Other than the hiccup with the voicemail access, no other issues and its been working great.
