I love my pixel, I was worried about my hands being too big for the phone as it is smaller than my previous Note 8 but I haven't been disappointed. I love turning off my alarm and getting the news read to me. The pixel far exceeds my expectations.im not big on pictures but I've seen great picture reviews but nonetheless it's a small phone with a huge storage that's a +

Good specs, but a sub-par user experience

Let me start off by saying that this phone has good specifications on paper, such as 128 gb of storage, 6 gb of RAM, an HD OLED screen, and a decently large battery. My expectations for this phone were high, and the specs are generous at this price point. However, my overall experience of using this phone is average at best. Many apps are glitchy in ways that I have never experienced in the 4 years that I owned my previous Samsung Galaxy S7. I believe this to be that app developers do not optimize their apps to run on Google devices (although maybe I am wrong). Many mainstream apps (Instagram, Spotify, etc.) felt much more stable on my Samsung, even after 4+ years of use. I understood the hype for this phone when I was shopping for it, but all of the high expectations seem superficial in hind-sight. The higher-end specs on this phone do not make up for the lackluster, frustrating user experience. Overall, I would not recommend this phone. My advice is to stick to Apple or Samsung for your smartphone. Anyway, that is my experience with this phone, and I hope your experience will be better.

Love this phone. Purchased for mainly great pictures especially night and astrophotography, ease of use, excellent price and great color - Barely Blue. Transferring data from my old Android to this phone went smoothly since all my photos and contacts are in the Google world, Don't need anything more and very happy with phone.

I bought had a run in with the Pixel phones and found them so nice, the quality is great, easy to use, and this is on a budget line!! Literally zero downsides!! I love the camera, UI, Features, everything is fantastic! The only thing that comes even slightly close to bad, is trying to pull up recent tabs takes a little bit to get used to, other than that, perfect!!

Everybody's right, this Pixel 4a is amazingly fast and once you get to knowing it it's even better! Haven't had the delays I've had with my other phones either. And the camera is so clear and nice, just like SLR camera. Shoot, all and all you can't get a better deal even if you get a more expensive phone, this will probably out perform it! Great phone

I've had the phone for a few days. It replaced a Pixel 2. They've made some small changes (from the user point of view), but it all adds up to a very usable phone at a fantastic price. Other phone makers are going to have to convince me to switch away from the Pixel. The tech person that help me did a fantastic job helping me to transfer my info and hit the ground running.

Solid product… great price! Got this for myself but ultimately gave it to my son. The only reason I gave it to him is he one of the smaller size versus another one we had. I think Google has figured out how to make a great phone but that is cost-effective for us people that don’t want to spend $1500 on a cell phone every two years.

Under $400, amoled screen, stock android experience are my 3 criteria for a phone. Coming from an Essential PH-1 (great phone but dated now) I missed the amoled screen form my old Nexus. Not a lot of options on the market with those requirements but the Pixel 4A meets them and it is very nice.

Big bang for your buck and easy to use right out of the box. Some features like swiping up and over to close apps are not practical, but you can go on YouTube to find some hacks to get some of the 3A features back. Camera is top notch. Four stars instead of 5 because the power button and volume are all on the same side and l often turn the phone off instead of the volume up.
