Such a great deal, and a really solid phone. Works well, good reliable camera, and the process of switching over and transferring stuff from an old Pixel phone was really nice and easy.

Great phone and easy to use once you get used to it. I was coming from a Galaxy 5 so I had some things to learn. Now very satisfied.

Had this phone for almost three weeks now. I installed GrapheneOS as soon as I got it. Battery lasts days now without google services constantly updating. Super fast and super secure.

It works just as good as a phone that costs 2* as much. I have had no issues with this phone over the past month. Even though the back is plastic it feels good in the hand. Very happy with my purchase.

So far so good. I need to charge it once per day, which is ok. Nice design, screen is not too small, and handy for every function I need. Hope the battery will not wear out and hold for some time.

Love the camera! After a couple of weeks I had to reset the phone back to the factory settings because attachments weren't working in texting, but that's the only problem. I would definitely recommend this camera!

I consider this device of a higher quality for a good price. This was a present for my father overseas, so I bought it unlocked, which I consider is a good advantage. I really like Pixel phones.

Nice phone. Use it for google fi when traveling in europe (if that ever happens again). Great open box. Only the sim card tool was missing. Perfect condition. Worth the money. Actually cheaper than buying a 3a

Easy to use. The camera function doesn't have quite as much option as my old Nokia 6.1 but I haven't tried to download better camera apps. I like that it doesn't break the bank but does everything I want.

Bought as a replacement for my S7. Works nice but quite a few differences. Notably swipe-up to access running apps, or swipe up to access additional Apps (icons). Also swipe-up to exit and app as opposed to tapping an "X" . What was really nice was an included adapter and the feature to automatically transfer all the data for my S7 to the 4a. It also tags all the apps on your old phone and installs & updates them on the 4a . You'll need to re-enter User name & passwords for any Apps that require these. One other issue with this is you'll need to uninstall any of the Samsung and Carrier (if you are switching providers) related Apps. I also found that using the fingerprint to unlock the phone works well.

Price it's the best phone you can purchase. If you've ever had a pixel you will not be disappointed. So it's not an upgrade from the Google Pixel XL 4 it is a delightful device nonetheless.

The build quality is good, the phone is responsive and easy to set up, the battery life (so far) is great, and it's not bloated with a bunch of extraneous apps I don't want or use.

Previous owner of Xiaomi MI 9T and Original Pixel (Pixel 1 non XL version) This phone is nice and it does everything other big premium phones does. If you had a Pixel 1, this phone has the same exact size, plus bigger and better screen and battery, dualspeaker (volumen quality is awesome, but i wish it should be louder), more ram and storage. The only downside is the lack of multiple cameras, expandable memory and water resistant. Based on the price if you compared with chinese brands, it offers less, but you have better camera, sound, software, updates. and overall stock experience. So it depends on your preference. Sometimes having better specs doesn´t mean better user experience

Success on Xfinity Mobile, minus visual voicemail

The value and features are well documented already... Xfinity mobile (Sacramento, CA) - I swapped the SIM from my old phone and 4G works great, setup went smoothly. My provider says it's on me to setup visual voicemail with the phone's native app (Pixel 4a still not officially supported as of 10-8-20). In the Pixel 4a default phone app, I'm prompted to complete visual voicemail by dialing the default voicemail line, and Xfinity hasn't provided relevant options for DIY folks, or agreed engage with them to troubleshoot individual cases. So no VM notifications or transcriptions with native app support on Xfinity network yet. Using 3rd party like Youmail is the only workaround I know.

Great phone for everyday use, good camera and good cell and wireless. Since it is a little less common, it's been hard to find an outlet that can do screen repair, though.

    Pixal 4a versus iPhone

Everyone thinks it's an iPhone and I paid a lot. I thought it was a good deal myself and bought the phone. The Pixel is definitely the Android phone competing with iPhone feature for feature. Both phones have large memory and are cloud base storage without SSD storage(Wish it had SSD slot). The thing I dislike about all Smart phones is you cannot lock it and prevent pocket functions. I thought I could find easy answers to "How to do this", instead of using old hacker technics to figure out how to operate phone functions. Instead, Google Experts and Community gave wrong instructions to phone operations. Over all though IT'S A GREAT Phone.

Marked improvement over the Moto G4 that was my first smartphone. Still learning some of the nuances of this phone, but I like that it received updates routinely for 2 or 3 years. Moto (Lenovo) phone was always several months delayed from the Google Android release of updates. The screen does not exhibit "ghosting" issues that plagued the Moto G4 phones. Purchaser must be ready to replace old USB charging cords with the new USB-C cords, car-charger, etc., sort of frustrating. I like that this has the NFC sensor, which many budget phones lack. This is necessary to use GooglePay, and other services like that. Still learning the features, etc.
