This is an awesome phone. The camera is top notch. Well worth the money!

I bought this phone from Best Buy on July 20th, 2021. After two months of normal use it has already cracked in the top right corner and in the headphones entry (which I barely used!). I called Google, which refused to repair it because it was not bought from the Google store, so they are not responsible, but Best Buy is. Then I called Best Buy and they also refused to repair it because I didn't buy an extra protection plan. I understand that damages to a cellphone shouldn't be covered by Best Buy if the phone has been bought long time ago, but I really just bought this phone and seeing it already damaged for no reason is really disheartening.

I love the phone. It is fast and easy to navigate. I switch from a Samsung to this phone and I love it. There are different features with this phone, that I have to get use to but I don't mind it. I like their is not as many per-loaded features as it was with the Samsung, which I like. I love that their is more storage then with my old Samsung. It is a nice phone.

On the plus side this phone has a long lasting battery and a nice display. On the down side it feels cheap with the plastic body to a point when it is on speakerphone it vibrates in your hand. Seriously, how much more money does it take to make a phone body out of metal? $5? The sound is sub par. Just give me a simple home screen button. Swipe this way, swipe that way. Enough! The deal breaker for me is the fact that this phone does not have a repeating message and call notification. I don't like the idea of having to pick up my phone 300 times a day to see if a call or text came through when I left the room. Just such a simple but stupid feature that was left out. Back to my old HTC that got all the simple things right. Btw, the camera is nothing mind blowing in this phone as so many critics tout it to be.

This phone is amazing. Has the best camera, an amazing screen and perfect for everyday tasks. You may want to look elsewhere if you are into gaming since it lags a little while playing graphic intensive games. While it is made of plastic, it does not feel cheap. Software updates are guaranteed for 3 years. Definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a budget phone.
