    I purchased (2) of the new Google Pixel 4a smartphones from Best Buy and it was a smooth, seamless process from start to finish. I ordered them online, and was notified (ahead of the projected delivery date!) that the phones were ready for curbside pickup. Curbside pickup was a breeze and after getting the correct SIM cards, we were rockin'!

    Good phone, works well, switching from Samsung S7 to this was a huge upgrade. fast process, the camera works nicely but I wish the camera software was a bit better, sound recording is okay, the speaker is a bit flimsy but loud, great for regular streaming. Oh, the fingerprint sensor is way more sensitive to my requests than all my friends!

    Just purchased yesterday and I'm not thrilled. I hate when cell phone companies feel the need to switch way phone operates. This version of Pixel phone is not user friendly. There is no back button. This makes it very difficult to toggle between apps. I had the pixel 3 and loved it, but spent most of my first day trying to figure out how to efficiently toggle from app to app, If using an app and you get a text you can swipe to answer the text but then very difficult to go back to that app. You would think just close text app and go back to prior app you were utilizing, but no. I am seriously considering bringing my 4a back to Best Buy and purchasing another 3. Loved everything about the 3 except that the motherboard blew out for no reason.

    I'm still on a learning curve here, but I'm floored about how taylored this phone is to my wish list of features. Right price, right features, and a great, camera. Feels good with a case, otherwise, I hope you have small hands. My only issue was with my service provider. Sent the wrong SIM twice. After a week, brought it myself. Stay tuned.
