I purchased the Pixel 4a for my son after watching countless reviews. The general consensus among the Youtube tech community was that the 4a was the "best bang for your buck." I will admit that based on performance the phone was extraordinary and due to its perfect android integration it outperforms its own specifications. This must sound too good to be true, well it was. The Pixel 4a made a creaking noise out of the box when any pressure was applied to the back of the phone. This creaking noise was caused by the seperation of the plastic back of the phone and the screen. I immediately contacted Google support and they told me that the phone was defective. I looked into the frequency of this problem on the Google Pixel forum and discovered something horrific, over 40 percent of customers had this creaking issue. I returned the device 10 days into Best Buy's two week return policy. All was going well until Best Buy charged me a 45 dollar restocking fee for returning the phone. I couldn't, still can't, comprehend why I would be charged a restocking fee for a devective device. I agrued with Best Buy support for hours to no avail. In the end I basically rented the Google Pixel 4a for 10 days at the price of 45 dollars. The Pixel 4a is a great phone with horrible build quality. If you are still planning on buying it, do not buy it through Best Buy. Restocking fees are incredibly anti-consumer and any company that utilizes them should not be supported. Restocking fees have been banned in a handful of states so check if you live in one of them.

The Google Pixel 4a is just right. It's so simple and easy to use. Perfect size too.

Works great good reception and sound. Camera is awesome takes great pictures. Only bad thing is you can't put an SD card in it, but it does have 128gb

Pros: Google saves all your information if you loose a phone or it dies. Cheap (also a con). Huge Storage Space compared to other phones. Fits in my pockets. Amazing photo and video quality. Glad there is finally a headphone jack. Cons: Setup is fussy. Glass screen broke simply due to sudden cold weather two days after purchase. Cheaply made. Touch screen too touchy and hard to pull up go back button if full screen. Needs other screen options for organization.

Very happy with this new phone, Google Pixel 4a. Best Buy representative explained many of the features and made the transition very easy.
