The plastic back actually feels so premium, contrary to what I initially thought. The phone fits just like a glove in my hands, and I don't have big hands at all. The phone is very snappy and shows no glitches at all. I am really happy with my purchase. Best Buy shipped it to my address in virtually no time, I ordered it like today at 8 pm and I got it home by next day at 10 am.

However , it is not user friendly, there is limited information on Youtube and no user guide. There is no case for the phone yet,that is condive for men. A women can put her phone with case in her purse. For men there is no belt clip, therefore you have to carry the phone in your pocket which is awkward when walking etc. Again the phone is not user friendly, but once you can manage a particular app on the phone it is great.

Read CNET reviews of Pixel 4a 5G and got one for me and one for my spouse. We both love it. Excellent display; good battery life; android 11; my wife plays games a lot and she feels it is better than the Moto Z3 Play we had. We both are quite happy. No negatives found as yet

This runs faster and the transfer process was super easy. Even switched from Verizon to Google Fi and that transition was as easy as setting up the phone. One complaint is the media sound with an otterbox case seems to be very quiet. It may have just been the Motorola not having a super high volume as the min. Overall this doesn't impact anything just takes some getting used to.

Good But Flawed

But video recording overheats the phone and forces the camera app to stop. Learned it the hard way when attempting to record my daughter's music recital.
