Great phone verte efficicient and good camera. Loved it

I purchased a Pixel 4a 5g smartphone. First, purchasing the item online was easy, and without any problems. I was kept updated about the delivery status and the phone was delivered in good condition. The phone itself makes my choice a good one. It has all the good features I could have wanted. I definitely would recommend it to anyone.

A definite learning curve and one day at a time for a non-techie like me. However, the phone itself is typical of Google, amazing and full of things to learn. I am far from bored! A great phone at an excellent price, and, unlocked is a biggie, at least for me.

My Pixel 3 was having troubles with the USB C port so I knew it was time for an upgrade. I got this unlocked and I really love it! No performance issues I ever notice in normal daily use, and the 5G connection on Sprint/T-Mobile is great! For the price it's hard to beat!

I've had a great experience with this phone, the software works silky smooth, and the hardware is incredible too for the budget. Though the camera sensor is terrible, computational photography gives brilliant results every single time. I think it's the best budget android phone available.

Really happy about this phone for the price, paid the same amount of money that I did for my previous phone which was a Sony Xperia phone. Only real disappointment for me was lack of sound settings. It does have a custom equalizer but it's not very good.

Excellent phone but I went back to my iPhone because in 3rd party apps the camera wasn’t as good quality as the native google camera app. If just taking pictures with google camera it’s amazing, other apps for some reason the camera isn’t up to par

It's ok works the same as my pixel 2. The best part was the svc we got in the store. Our rep helped us with the transition of the phones from start to finish. So much patience!! Best buy strength is in your staff, that's who should get 5 stars!!!!

Phone works well and improves with each update. The only downside is the ring and alert tones are very quiet. Google has said they were aware on certain phones and have been adderssing it with patches. It is slightly better but still much quieter than my One Plus.

I bought this as replacement of my older phone pixel 3 XL. New Battery is much better than that have been uses in the older phone. There is nothing special to comment other than that.

After receiving my purchase, I called for technical help and made an appointment with best buy, the lady that helped me was wonderful, and helped tremendously, she was so overworked, people were stacked up behind me 4 deep, what a wonderful lady I give her a 5 out of 5

I purchased this phone because I got tired of not getting the latest Android updates. This phone comes with Android 11 and gets monthly updates directly from Google. 5G is working great in my area. Much faster than 4G. The only downside is that I wish it came in more colors.
