I damaged that phone and decided to upgrade to the Pixel 4a 5G. This phone is glitchy which is very disappointing. Functionality is not as smooth as the Pixel 3aXL however, I like some of the Google upgrades.

I spoke to experts who had no idea what the problem is. I took back to Best Buy and got a refund. I bought a Samsung phone.

It is not in line with the Pixels, but will suffice in most instances. I actually liked this better than the Galaxy S21+. This is "true Android".

I had a Samsung phone before this one which I liked. So I bought another Samsung. I am having a difficult time figuring it out. I am not sure information from my former phone was completely transferred. I need help in using it and I am disappointed as it is a $700.00 phone. I don't know where to turn. Back to Best Buy or to my carrier AT&T for help?. I have a Geek Squad Total Tech Support but was told they don't handle mobile phones. Hate to have $200 charged to my Visa account again for that support.
